Busy in Tuesday's win Soderblom made 44 saves in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Islanders.
Impact It's the third time in his last six starts that Soderblom has faced at least 45 shots, but unlike the first two games, the 26-year-old netminder came away with a victory this time. Over that stretch, which dates back to Jan. 29, Soderblom has gone 2-3-1 with a 3.51 GAA and .902 save percentage as Chicago's defense continues to lag behind its offense.

Scheduled to start on Long Island Soderblom will defend the road cage against the Islanders on Tuesday, according to Stefen Rosner of NHL.com.
Impact Soderblom has picked up just two wins in the calendar year -- he's 2-4-2 with a 3.25 GAA and an .890 save percentage over eight appearances since Jan. 4. The 26-year-old will face an Islanders team that is in the thick of the playoff race in the Eastern Conference and has netted 12 goals over its last five games, a stretch in which the Isles are 3-2-0.
MARCH 24 • ROTOWIRE
Under siege in loss Soderblom allowed four goals on 49 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to the Avalanche.
Impact Soderblom was under pressure all game as the Avalanche out-shot the Blackhawks 49-20. The 26-year-old did his best to keep the game close, but that was an uphill battle from the start. It's a third straight loss for Soderblom, who has given up 12 goals on 100 shots in that span. He's now at a 6-11-3 record with a 3.72 GAA and an .879 save percentage over 21 outings this season. Spencer Knight is likely to get the nod Sunday at home versus the Predators.

Gets starting nod Friday Soderblom will protect the home goal in Friday's game versus the Avalanche, Mark Lazerus of The Athletic reports.
Impact Soderblom has a brutal matchup in the second half of a back-to-back after Spencer Knight defeated the Wild on Thursday. This will be Soderblom's first appearance since March 8, when he lost in overtime to the Stars after giving up four goals on 31 shots.
MARCH 21 • ROTOWIRE
Not starting after all Contrary to an earlier report, Soderblom isn't starting in Thursday's road game against Utah, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Impact Spencer Knight is set to get the nod instead. Soderblom has a 6-10-3 record, 3.70 GAA and .876 save percentage in 20 outings in 2025-26.
MARCH 13 • ROTOWIRE

Impact Soderblom will attempt to get back into the win column after going 0-1-1 while stopping 43 of 51 shots (.843 save percentage) across his past two starts. He's 6-10-3 with a 3.70 GAA and an .876 save percentage in 20 outings this campaign. Chicago is 5-10-4 while averaging 2.21 goals per game across its past 19 outings.
MARCH 13 • ROTOWIRE
Tagged with OT defeat Soderblom stopped 27 of 31 shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Stars.
Impact Soderblom avoided the loss in regulation, but an overtime goal from Miro Heiskanen just 22 seconds into the period forced the 26-year-old to settle with another defeat. Soderblom has dropped three of his last four starts, going 1-2-1 with a 3.52 GAA and an .881 save percentage in that span. Since Spencer Knight (illness) won't be available Monday, Drew Commesso will get the nod on the second leg of the back-to-back set against Utah. Soderblom should be the Blackhawks' No. 1 goaltender until Knight is ready to return, though.

Tending twine against Dallas Soderblom will start Sunday's road game against Dallas, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Impact Spencer Knight (illness) is unavailable for a second consecutive game Sunday, so Soderblom will start for the third time in the Blackhawks' last four matchups. Across his last two outings, he's gone 1-1-0 with a 2.02 GAA and .905 save percentage.
MARCH 8 • ROTOWIRE
Gives up four goals in loss Soderblom stopped 16 of 20 shots in Friday's 6-3 loss to the Canucks. The other two goals were empty-netters.
Impact Soderblom has won just two of his six starts since the beginning of January, so right out of the gate, he's not a player with a ton of fantasy appeal due to the nature of his role. The results haven't been encouraging either, as the 26-year-old netminder owns a 2-3-1 mark with an .885 save percentage in that stretch. Settled into the No. 2 role behind Spencer Knight, Soderblom's upside is better suited to be a matchup-based, streaming alternative in most formats outside of the very deep ones.

MARCH 7 • Associated Press
Starting Friday Soderblom will guard the home goal versus the Canucks on Friday, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Impact Soderblom will get a start in a soft matchup against the NHL's worst team. The 26-year-old posted a 22-save shutout over the Mammoth in his last outing. This is the kind of game where Soderblom is a viable streaming and DFS option for fantasy managers.
MARCH 7 • ROTOWIRE
Earns win Sunday Soderblom posted a 22-save shutout in Sunday's 4-0 win over the Mammoth.
Impact Soderblom was making his first start since Jan. 29, when he gave up six goals on 45 shots faced in a 6-2 loss to the Penguins, but he delivered a solid performance this time around. This was Soderblom's first win since Jan. 4, when he defeated the Golden Knights, but he's firmly entrenched as the No. 2 option between the pipes behind Spencer Knight. As such, his fantasy upside will be limited to being a matchup-based streaming alternative.

Leads team out in warmups Soderblom led the team out for warmup and will start Sunday's game against the Mammoth in net, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Impact Soderblom has not played since Jan. 29, an amount of time that spans six games. However, with the Blackhawks on the second of a back-to-back, he'll get the start Sunday. The 26-year-old is 5-9-2 on the season with a 3.84 GAA and an .874 save percentage. He will go for his first win since Jan. 4 against a Mammoth team 14th in the league at 3.22 goals per game
MARCH 1 • ROTOWIRE
Beyond busy in loss Soderblom made 38 saves in a 6-2 loss to the Penguins on Thursday.
Impact Soderblom is 1-2-1 in four starts in January; he has allowed 14 goals in that span, including 11 in the two regulation losses. The Hawks are scuffling right now, and Soderblom should be left on the wire or your bench until the team pulls up its proverbial socks.

Tending twine Thursday Soderblom will defend the road cage against the Penguins on Thursday, Vinnie Parise of The Hockey News reports.
Impact Soderblom has featured in just two of the Hawks' last 11 contests, losing both games while posting a 2.99 GAA and .889 save percentage. With the 26-year-old Swede starting the first game of Chicago's back-to-back, fantasy managers can expect to see Spencer Knight get the nod at home versus Columbus on Friday.
JANUARY 29 • ROTOWIRE
Tough shootout loss to Bolts Soderblom turned aside 30 shots in regulation and overtime and two of five shootout attempts in Friday's 2-1 loss to the Lightning.
Impact Nikita Kucherov was the only player to get a puck past Soderblom before the shootout, but the 26-year-old netminder struggled with the extra point on the line, as Kucherov, Gage Goncalves and Dominic James all found gaps in his defenses. It was still the first time Soderblom had allowed fewer than two goals in a start since Nov. 9, and on the season he sports a 5-8-2 record in 16 outings with a 3.75 GAA and .874 save percentage.
