Lands one-year contract extension Kolosov signed a one-year, $850,000 contract extension with the Flyers on Friday.
Impact Kolosov made just four appearances for the NHL club during the 2025-26 campaign. He spent most of his time with AHL Lehigh Valley, going 15-21-2 with a 2.98 GAA and .895 save percentage across 38 appearances. He could have the opportunity to compete for more appearances with the Flyers next year, though Dan Vladar will be back with the organization, while Samuel Ersson is slated to be a restricted free agent during the offseason.

Recalled from AHL Kolosov was summoned from AHL Lehigh Valley on Friday.
Impact Kolosov spent most of the 2025-26 season playing at the AHL level, posting a 15-21-2 record with a 2.98 GAA and an .895 save percentage across 38 regular-season games. Kolosov appeared in four NHL games this earlier in the year, going 0-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA. The Flyers returned Carson Bjarnason to AHL Lehigh Valley in a corresponding move.
APRIL 17 • ROTOWIRE
Returning to minors Kolosov was demoted to AHL Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.
Impact Kolosov shouldn't be expected back in the NHL, as he sits firmly behind Dan Vladar and Samuel Ersson in the pecking order. With the Phantoms, the 24-year-old netminder is 15-20-2 with a .898 save percentage. Selected by the Flyers in the third round of the 2021 NHL Draft, Kolosov will need a new contract this offseason as a restricted free agent.
APRIL 15 • ROTOWIRE
Brought up from minors Kolosov was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Tuesday.
Impact The 24-year-old netminder holds a 15-20-2 record with a 2.88 GAA and a .898 save percentage across 37 appearances with the Phantoms in 2025-26 - a significant improvement over the 3.11 GAA and .884 save percentage he posted in 12 AHL games a season ago. His NHL numbers this year remain a concern at 0-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA and an .830 save percentage in four outings. With Dan Vladar and Samuel Ersson ahead of him on Philadelphia's depth chart, Kolosov is unlikely to see meaningful action unless injury strikes. He carries minimal fantasy value in the short term.
APRIL 14 • ROTOWIRE
Loaned to AHL affiliate Kolosov was assigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Sunday, Jackie Spiegel of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Impact Kolosov participated in Saturday's practice with the Flyers after being summoned from the minors. His reassignment to the AHL comes due to Dan Vladar's return to the ice for Sunday's session. Vladar is back with the Flyers after he represented Czechia at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Recalled by Philadelphia Kolosov was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley on Monday.
Impact Kolosov was sent to the minors Sunday, but he'll rejoin the NHL club a day later, which could signal that Samuel Ersson (lower body) will be unavailable for a second consecutive game Tuesday at home against Washington. Kolosov has made four appearances for the Flyers this year, going 0-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA and .830 save percentage.
FEBRUARY 2 • ROTOWIRE
Dropped to AHL Kolosov was assigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Sunday.
Impact Due to the absence of Samuel Ersson (lower body), Kolosov was Dan Vladar's backup in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Kings. If Ersson remains unavailable for Tuesday's home matchup against Washington, Kolosov could be an option to return to the NHL level.
FEBRUARY 1 • ROTOWIRE
Recalled from AHL Kolosov was summoned from AHL Lehigh Valley on Saturday.
Impact Philadelphia netminder Samuel Ersson suffered a lower-body injury Thursday and may not be able to back up Dan Vladar on Saturday against the Kings. Kolosov is 0-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA and an .830 save percentage over four NHL appearances this season. The Flyers reassigned Lane Pederson to Lehigh Valley in a corresponding move.
JANUARY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Returns to minors Kolosov was reassigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.
Impact Dan Vladar (lower body) was activated off injured reserve in a corresponding move. Vladar's activation was already anticipated after he was declared the starter Tuesday for Wednesday's game in Columbus. Samuel Ersson will remain on the Flyers to serve as the No. 2, which leaves Kolosov as the man to head down to the minors. The 24-year-old Kolosov has gone 0-2-0 with a 4.00 GAA and an .830 save percentage across four outings with Philadelphia this season. He also has a 2.54 GAA and a .908 save percentage in 19 outings with Lehigh Valley in 2025-26.

Gives up three goals on three shots Kolosov was pulled Saturday after giving up three goals on three shots in a 6-3 loss to the Rangers.
Impact The Flyers fell apart around Kolosov, and he had no answers whatsoever. The Rangers scored three goals in 1:20 against him. This is the kind of outing that could break a player. It's hard to imagine the Flyers turning back to Kolosov. Ouch.
JANUARY 18 • ROTOWIRE
Tending twine Saturday Kolosov will patrol the home crease against the Rangers on Saturday.
Impact Kolosov has gone 0-2-0 in three NHL appearances this season while stopping 39 of the 44 shots he has faced. The Rangers sit 29th in the league with 2.58 goals per game this campaign. Kolosov made 24 saves in an 8-5 win over the Rangers last April.
JANUARY 17 • ROTOWIRE
Takes loss in relief Kolosov allowed three goals on 16 shots in relief in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Penguins.
Impact The game really wasn't close. The Flyers are struggling right now. Kolosov was recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley earlier on Thursday after Dan Vladar sustained an undisclosed injury in the loss to the Sabres on Wednesday. Kolosov will backup Samuel Ersson until Vladar's return.

Slated to be recalled Thursday Kolosov is expected to be recalled from AHL Lehigh Valley ahead of Thursday's game in Pittsburgh, per Kevin Kurz of The Athletic.
Impact The Flyers are in need of a goaltender after Dan Vladar was injured in the opening period Wednesday versus Buffalo. Kolosov is 0-1-0 in a pair of appearances for the Flyers this season, allowing two goals on 28 shots. Kolosov was 9-9-1 with a 2.54 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 19 AHL contests this season.
JANUARY 15 • ROTOWIRE
Posts shutout Wednesday Kolosov posted a 31-save shutout in AHL Lehigh Valley's 3-0 win over Hershey on Wednesday.
Impact Kolosov has won two outings following the holiday break after losing six straight prior to the pause. For the season, he's now 8-8-1 with a 2.60 GAA and a .906 save percentage. As evidenced earlier in December, Kolosov is the next man up if the Flyers are missing one of their regular goalies, and he's done a good job of staying ready in the AHL.
DECEMBER 31, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Returned to AHL Kolosov was assigned to AHL Lehigh Valley on Monday.
Impact Due to the absence of Dan Vladar (upper body), Kolosov suited up as Samuel Ersson's backup in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Rangers. However, Vladar will return to the lineup in Monday's home matchup against Vancouver. Kolosov has a 6-8-1 record with a 2.77 GAA and a .900 save percentage in 15 AHL appearances this season. In two NHL outings this campaign, including one start, he has gone 0-1-0 while stopping 26 of 28 shots.

NOVEMBER 11, 2025 • THEHOCKEYNEWS.COM
Headed for minors Kolosov is expected to be sent down to AHL Lehigh Valley on Friday, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports.
Impact Kolosov finds himself as the odd man out now that Samuel Ersson has returned from a lower-body injury. In his two appearances for the Flyers this year, the 23-year-old Kolosov went 0-1-0 despite a solid 1.62 GAA and .929 save percentage. If he can keep playing at that level in the minors, Kolosov could force the Flyers to bring him back up at some point. For now, it will be Dan Vladar and Ersson splitting the workload in Philadelphia.
