Scores twice in Week 8 win
Moss rushed 14 times for 81 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-21 win over New England. He failed to catch his only target.
Impact
After Devin Singletary got the first five touches out of Buffalo's backfield, Moss subbed in late on Buffalo's opening drive and made an immediate impact. The rookie scampered for 21 yards on his first carry and opened the scoring with an eight-yard touchdown on his second. Moss scored again from four yards out in the third quarter, but he actually finished with five fewer rushing yards than Singletary on the same number of carries. With three scrimmage touchdowns in five games to Singletary's one score in eight, Moss is establishing himself as the better scoring option in Buffalo's backfield. He'll hope to build on this effort in Week 9 against the Seahawks.

Plays well in limited role
Moss rushed seven times for 47 yards and caught all three of his targets for another 25 yards in Sunday's 18-10 win over the Jets.
Impact
Buffalo didn't have a carry by a running back until more than halfway through the second quarter, and that lack of variety allowed New York to focus on stopping the pass en route to a 10-0 lead. It was all Bills from there, but quarterback Josh Allen still ended up leading the team in both rushing attempts (11) and rushing yards (61). On the bright side for Moss, he was far more effective than Devin Singletary, who rushed eight times for 29 yards and caught just two of five targets for 18 yards. It will be tough to rely on Moss from a fantasy standpoint against the Patriots in Week 8 given his limited share of Buffalo's backfield touches, but the rookie third-round pick out of Utah has the potential to grow his role at Singletary's expense moving forward if Singletary's struggles persist.

Returns to five carries
Moss rushed five times for 10 yards in Monday's 26-17 loss to the Chiefs.
Impact
Moss made his first appearance since Week 2 after overcoming a toe injury. While rainy conditions favored the running game, Buffalo struggled to get much going from its tailbacks, as starter Devin Singletary managed just 32 yards on his 10 carries and Moss's longest rush went for four yards. Even though Moss didn't impress Monday, having him back healthy should make the snap and touch split between him and Singletary worthwhile to monitor going forward. It's also good timing for Moss, as Week 7's matchup versus the winless Jets appears rather favorable on paper.

Returns to action
Moss (toe) is active for Monday's game against the Chiefs.
Impact
Moss, who last suited up Week 2, will return to the Bills' backfield mix Week 6 and is set to work in tandem with Devin Singletary on Monday, with the team having deactivated T.J. Yeldon for the contest.

ROTOWIRE
Ready for action
Moss (toe) practiced fully for the third straight day Saturday and does not have an injury designation heading into Monday's game against Kansas City.
Impact
Moss hasn't played since suffering the injury Week 2, and given his increased practice work to go with the fact the Bills had trouble running the ball up the middle Tuesday against Tennessee, we'd be pretty surprised if he isn't on Monday's active roster. That said, Devin Singletary is still the starter and T.J. Yeldon looked good as a change-of-pace back Tuesday, so Moss may be on a limited play count as he continues to get up to speed in his rookie season.

Second straight full practice
Moss (toe) practiced fully for the second straight day Friday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
Even though the rookie has missed the past three games, he's looking good to return to action for Monday's game against the Chiefs, a hypothesis perhaps further supported by the fact the Bills didn't push harder for Le'Veon Bell this week. We'll see if Moss gets a questionable designation or an injury-free tag when the team's final injury report comes out Saturday afternoon.

Practices fully Thursday
Moss (toe) practiced fully Thursday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
Impact
Moss thus appears on track to be available Monday against the Chiefs after not playing since Week 2. What his Week 6 role might be is unclear, however, with starter Devin Singletary on hand along with T.J. Yeldon, who was effective in a change-of-pace role in Tuesday's loss to the Titans.

Able to do some work
Moss (toe) is on the practice field Thursday as the Bills go through a light jog-through practice, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.
Impact
Moss hasn't played since Week 2 in what seemed like a somewhat mild injury at the time. Even his game absences have been a surprise, as he's been consistently practicing on a limited basis and listed as questionable for the games, only to be ruled out just before kickoff. We'll see if things change this week. It's also worth noting Moss's value would be squashed if the Bills brought in Le'Veon Bell, who's rumored to be down to choosing between three teams -- the Bills, Chiefs and Dolphins.

ROTOWIRE
Still sidelined Week 5
Moss (toe) is inactive for Tuesday's game in Tennessee.
Impact
Moss was unable to practice with a toe injury before a Week 3 win against the Rams, and he again was absent Week 4 in Las Vegas, despite having LP next to his name on all three practice reports. Finally, he was a full practice participant Saturday, but it wasn't enough for the Bills to clear his return to action. Expect Devin Singletary to receive the vast majority of work out of Buffalo's backfield, while Moss looks to come back Monday versus the Chiefs.

ROTOWIRE
Trending in positive direction
Moss (toe) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Titans.
Impact
Perhaps the bigger news is that Moss was a full participant in Saturday's practice. That combined with the fact the rookie has been at least a limited participant in practice each of the last two weeks seems to suggest Moss will be available for the matchup against the Titans. The 22-year-old has played under 50 percent of the team's offensive snaps through two games, and he's been more of a nuisance to Devin Singletary's fantasy prospects as the second-year back has accumulated 198 total yards and a touchdown in the two games Moss has missed. Should Moss eventually get cleared ahead of Tuesday's game, expect the offense to gravitate back toward its split share through the first two weeks of the 2020 campaign.

ROTOWIRE
Estimated as limited participant
Moss (toe) is listed as limited participant on Friday's estimated practice report.
Impact
The Bills didn't actually hold a practice session Friday, so it isn't surprising to see Moss tagged with the same activity level he managed Wednesday and Thursday. The rookie running back hasn't played since Week 2, but he'll now get a few extra days to get healthy, with Buffalo's Week 5 matchup against the Titans having been postponed until Tuesday.
