Set to make Dolphins debut Week 3
Fuller (personal) returned to team facilities Monday and is expected to make his 2021 debut against Las Vegas in Week 3, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Impact
Fuller missed Week 1 due to a suspension and Week 2 because of a personal issue, but the 27-year-old speedster now looks primed to make his long anticipated debut in aqua, orange and white. After having also missed much of training camp due to a foot injury, Fuller may not immediately be called upon to handle an every-down role for the Dolphins. Of course, it also wouldn't be a surprise to see Fuller act as one of Miami's starters alongside DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle right out of the gate. However, quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (ribs) is considered day-to-day and looks uncertain to face the Raiders.

Out Sunday with personal issue
Coach Brian Flores said Fuller won't play Sunday against the Bills due to a personal matter, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Impact
Fuller was absent from Thursday's practice and will have his debut with Miami pushed back due the personal matter that recently surfaced. It's unclear how long the 27-year-old is expected to be sidelined, but he'll remain on the active roster for the time being. In his absence, DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle are in line to head Miami's Week 2 wideout corps, with Albert Wilson and Preston Williams also candidates to mix in.

Absence not injury-related
Fuller's absence from Thursday's practice was not-injury related, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Impact
The report notes that Fuller, who was reinstated from the reserve/suspended list Monday, was tending to a personal matter Thursday. The Dolphins' Friday practice/injury report will reveal whether there is any question regarding Fuller's status for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Not spotted at practice
Fuller wasn't spotted during the media-access portion of Thursday's practice, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact
Fuller wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, so added clarity with regard to his Week 2 status should arrive no later the release of the Dolphins' upcoming Thursday report. The wideout, who missed the team's season opener, was reinstated from the reserve/suspended list Monday.

Uncertain role for Week 2
Dolphins head coach Brian Flores admitted Wednesday that he isn't sure what Fuller's role will look like for Sunday's game against the Bills, Barry Jackson of The Miami Herald repo...
Impact
Fuller missed nearly all of training camp with a foot injury, but he returned to practice in late August before serving the final game of a six-game suspension in Week 1. While a full-time role for Fuller right out of the gate wouldn't exactly surprise, Miami has enough depth to ease him into action without sacrificing too much on the field. DeVante Parker, Jaylen Waddle and Albert Wilson were the team's top three wideouts in the Week 1 win over New England, combining for eight receptions for 142 yards and a touchdown on 15 targets.

Back on active roster
Fuller was reinstated from the reserve/suspended list Monday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Impact
Fuller was handed a six-game suspension last season that extended into Week 1 of the current campaign. Now that he's back on an active roster, he'll look forward to making his Dolphins debut Sunday against the Bills after landing in South Beach in the offseason. Fuller will team with DeVante Parker and Jaylen Waddle to form Miami's top wide receiver trio.

Gets back on practice field
Fuller (foot) is participating in Tuesday's practice, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Impact
Fuller has missed over three weeks of practices, with Tuesday marking just his second day of participation since the start of training camp. Nevertheless, the Dolphins appear to expect the speedy wideout to be available for Week 2, when he will be eligible to make his 2021 debut after serving the last game of his lingering suspension. Fuller is set for a starting role in Miami's offense and expected to handle a key role as Tua Tagovailoa's go-to deep threat, but having missed most of the preseason could make it difficult for the 27-year-old to get off to a hot start.

Missing third week of practice
Fuller (foot) has missed practice for three weeks now, but coach Brian Flores says the wideout is "getting closer" to a return, Adam H. Beasley of Pro Football Network reports.
Impact
The Dolphins reportedly still expect Fuller to be ready for Week 2, after he serves the sixth and final game of last year's PED suspension on opening weekend. The team hasn't provided much information on the current issue, but Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reported it as a foot injury in late July. The speedy wideout could perhaps still make an appearance in the final game of the preseason if he makes it back to practice this week.

Won't play, as expected
Fuller (foot) will not play in Saturday's preseason game against Chicago.
Impact
Fuller hasn't practiced since the end of July and thus seems unlikely to make it back for even the second week of the preseason. He does have some extra time to recover, as he's already ruled out for Week 1 to serve the sixth and final game of last year's PED suspension. Fellow Miami wideouts DeVante Parker, Albert Wilson and Allen Hurns also will miss Saturday's game.

Continues string of absences
Fuller (foot) won't practice Wednesday, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Impact
Fuller has been absent from practice since injuring his foot on the second day of training camp. Dolphins coach Brian Flores maintain it isn't serious, but even if that's true, it isn't ideal for Fuller to miss most of training camp in his first season with a new team and new QB. He does have a bit of extra time to prepare for the start of his season, as he'll have to serve the final game of his six-game suspension Week 1. In the meantime, Fuller can play in preseason games, though he's unlikely to suit up for Saturday's opener against the Bears.

Still not practicing
Fuller (foot) will not practice Saturday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact
Fuller is pushing close to two weeks of missed practice time after injuring his foot during the second day of training camp. Head coach Brian Flores has continually downplayed the severity of the injury, but given Fuller's injury history, any extended absence is at least cause for some concern. The 27-year-old is set to miss Week 1 as he completes his six-game suspension dating back to last Novemeber.

Absent again
Fuller (foot/suspension) will miss another practice Wednesday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact
It's now been a week since Fuller injured his foot on the second day of training camp. He hasn't practiced since, but coach Brian Flores downplayed the severity of the foot injury when he spoke to the media this past weekend. Meanwhile, DeVante Parker is expected to practice Wednesday, suiting up for a second time in the past three days after spending the initial part of camp on the PUP list.

ROTOWIRE
Injury severity downplayed
Coach Brian Flores considers Fuller (foot) "day-to-day" and hopes to have him back at practice "as quick as possible," Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact
Fuller participated in Miami's first practice of training camp, but he's since missed three days due to a foot injury. Flores said the oft-injured speedster is "getting rehab and working to take care of [his body]." After averaging a career-high 16.6 yards per reception through 11 games in Houston last season, Fuller linked with the Dolphins on a one-year pact, setting him up for a pivotal role as Tua Tagovailoa's top downfield weapon. Given his importance to Miami's offense, the team has every reason to be cautious with Fuller and make sure that there's no risk of injury aggravation when he returns to the field. Even if fully healthy, though, a suspension will force Fuller to spend Week 1 on the sideline.

ROTOWIRE
Has foot injury
The injury that sidelined Fuller on Saturday has been clarified as a foot injury, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact
Fuller's day-to-day as he waits for his foot to heal. There's little reason for the Dolphins to rush the oft-injured speedster back at this point.

ROTOWIRE
Injury day-to-day not week-to-week
Fuller (undisclosed) is day-to-day and won't practice Saturday, Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post reports.
Impact
Coach Brian Flores clarified that Fuller is day-to-day rather than week-to-week with his undisclosed injury, so the wide receiver's likely to heal up well before Miami's Aug. 14 preseason opener. Once the regular season rolls around, Fuller will have to sit out Week 1 due to a suspension, even if he's healthy enough to play.
