John Wolford - Signs to active roster The Vikings signed Wolford to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Impact Wolford was elevated to the active roster for Week 13 against the Seahawks as a backup for Max Brosmer in the absence of starter J.J. McCarthy. With McCarthy and Brosmer once again healthy for Week 14, it seems the Vikings organization felt they had a roster spot available to commit to depth in the quarterback room.
