Hanging up cleats Curry will retire with the Eagles before Thursday night's game against the Commanders, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.

Impact Curry was selected by the Eagles in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft. His last season in the NFL was in 2022 with the Jets, but he spent seven of his 10 NFL seasons in Philadelphia. Curry logged a career-high 9.0 sacks during the 2014 regular season and registered a career-best 42 tackles during the Eagles' Super Bowl season in 2017. He'll end his career with 209 tackles (150 solo), including 32.5 sacks, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries across 134 regular-season games.

Impact Curry was unable to play in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks due to the injury. However, it appears he's fully recovered and should take the field Sunday against the Dolphins.

Impact Curry hasn't appeared in game action since 2020, as he missed the 2021 season with an illness. He's also been absent from the first four games of the Jets' current campaign due to a hamstring injury. He'll likely be on a limited snap count but should occupy a rotational role along the defensive line.
