Signs UDFA deal with Cleveland The Browns signed Harris as an undrafted free agent Friday.

Impact Harris finished his last campaign at Washington State with 76 receptions for 814 yards and nine touchdowns. The 5-foot-9 speedster will likely compete with fellow wideout Mike Harley, who was also signed as an UDFA on Friday, among others.
