Makes two grabs Marshall caught two of three targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 10-7 win over the Saints.
Impact Marshall actually led the Panthers in all major receiving categories, evidencing their struggles in the passing game. After being frozen out to begin his second campaign, the former second-round pick finished with 28 catches on 47 targets for 490 yards and one touchdown in 14 appearances. That production marked improvement from his rookie year, all the while dealing with a rotating cast of quarterbacks. Marshall will hope to retain his starting role behind DJ Moore in 2023, but as Carolina likely strives to increase its offensive upside, it wouldn't be surprising if Marshall's spot comes under competition prior to next season.

Pineiro's kick lifts Panthers to 10-7 win over Saints

Quiet in defeat Marshall caught two of three targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Buccaneers.
Impact Marshall also coughed the ball up twice but didn't lose either fumble. The wideout had topped 50 yards in consecutive contests entering Sunday, so he'll strive to bounce back and finish the season strong Week 18 versus his home-state Saints.

Makes two grabs Marshall caught two of three targets for 55 yards in Week 16's 37-23 win over the Lions.
Impact Marshall again finished second on the Panthers in receiving, going for gains of 36 and 19 yards. Although he lacks volume in the passing game, Marshall's average of 18.8 yards per catch offers value through big plays.
DECEMBER 26, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Catches all looks Marshall caught all three of his targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 24-16 loss to the Steelers.
Impact Marshall's total included a 40-yard gain during the first quarter. In the end, only top wideout DJ Moore had more receptions and targets than Marshall. After hardly being used during the start of the season, last year's second-rounder has now topped 50 yards four times in his last seven outings.
DECEMBER 18, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Catches only look Marshall caught his only target for 18 yards in Sunday's 30-24 win over the Seahawks.
Impact Marshall has now made just one reception in back-to-back games. Although fellow starting wideout DJ Moore posted a goose egg Sunday, Marshall's lack of production with Sam Darnold under center should temper his already lukewarm stock in Week 15 versus the Steelers.

Quiet in win Marshall caught one of three targets for eight yards in Sunday's 23-10 win over the Broncos.
Impact Marshall's three targets were the second most of any Panthers pass catcher behind only DJ Moore, who finished with four catches on six targets for 103 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Sam Darnold made his first start of the season Sunday, and while Carolina's receivers had to deal with yet another in-season quarterback change, Moore was the biggest benefactor. Marshall just couldn't get anything going on a day when Darnold threw for only 164 yards. The second-year wideout will look to build chemistry with his signal caller as the team enters its bye week. The Panthers visit the Seahawks in Week 14, and Marshall will look to take a step forward and improve upon his underwhelming Week 12 performance.
NOVEMBER 30, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Available Sunday, as expected Marshall (shoulder) is officially active for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Impact The 22-year-old was considered questionable for Sunday's contest, but it's no surprise he'll be suiting up after he practiced Friday with no limitations. Marshall has 13 receptions for 290 yards and one touchdown in five games since Robbie Anderson was traded to the Cardinals, though he'll have to contend with another quarterback change with Sam Darnold taking over under center versus Denver.

Broncos-Panthers inactives: Terrace Marshall Jr. will play, three Carolina defenders sidelined The Carolina Panthers will have starting wideout Terrace Marshall Jr. in the lineup against the Denver Broncos on Sunday.
NOVEMBER 27, 2022 • CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.COM
Listed as questionable, should play Marshall (shoulder) was a full practice participant Friday but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Impact While the full participation makes Marshall likely to play, cautious fantasy managers will want to make sure he's not named on the inactive list around 11:30 a.m. ET this Sunday. The 2021 second-round pick has been one of the few bright spots for Carolina of late, averaging 2.6 catches for 58.0 yards on 5.2 targets in five games since Robbie Anderson was traded to Arizona. A lot of his yardage has come from jump balls, but it's possible Marshall shows better short/intermediate-area chemistry with Sam Darnold, who is taking over as the starting QB this Sunday.
NOVEMBER 25, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Limited Thursday Marshall (shoulder) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice report, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Impact For the second day in a row, Marshall received such a listing, giving him just one more chance to get back to all activity before Carolina potentially gives him a designation ahead of Sunday's contest against the Broncos. If he's available this weekend, he'll be working with his third quarterback in as many games, with interim coach Steve Wilks going with Sam Darnold under center.
NOVEMBER 24, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Dealing with shoulder injury Marshall was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a shoulder injury.
Impact Marshall's ability to practice in any capacity at the beginning of the week bodes well for his availability for Sunday's matchup with Denver. The 2021 second-round pick had only 30 yards over the first six weeks of the season but is averaging 2.6 catches for 58 yards on 5.2 targets in five starts since taking over for Robbie Anderson as Carolina's No. 2 receiver. The Panthers are turning to Sam Darnold under center Sunday against the Broncos.
NOVEMBER 23, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Team-high yardage total Marshall secured three of six targets for 76 yards in the Panthers' 13-3 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
Impact Marshall made a splash play through the air for the second straight game after also recording a 43-yard grab in the Week 10 win over the Falcons. The second-year receiver has over 70 receiving yards in two of his last three games and multiple catches in four of his last five, commendable accomplishments when considering the state of the Panthers' quarterback situation.
NOVEMBER 21, 2022 • ROTOWIRE
Makes splash on only reception Marshall brought in one of two targets for 43 yards in the Panthers' 25-15 win over the Falcons on Thursday night.
Impact Marshall led the Panthers in receiving yards despite making just one catch, which came on a late third-quarter drive that culminated in a 12-yard touchdown run for D'Onta Foreman. The second-year wideout's increased role over the last four games is encouraging, as he's posted 214 receiving yards and a touchdown on 10 catches in that span. Marshall's next opportunity to continue strengthening his grip on the No. 2 receiver role will come against the Ravens in a Week 11 road matchup a week from Sunday.

NOVEMBER 7, 2022 • Associated Press
First career touchdown Marshall recorded three receptions on six targets for 53 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-21 loss to the Bengals.
Impact Marshall -- along with the entire Panthers' offense -- was stymied in the first half of Sunday's blowout loss. However, he showed some rapport with Baker Mayfield and also benefitted from soft coverage to tally his first career touchdown on a 21-yard catch midway through the fourth quarter. While Sunday's stat line was somewhat misleading, Marshall does have seven receptions for 140 yards on 15 targets combined across his last two games.

NOVEMBER 5, 2022 • PANTHERS.COM
Career-high nine targets in Week 8 Marshall caught four of nine targets for 87 yards in Sunday's 37-34 overtime loss to the Falcons.
Impact Marshall set new single-game career highs in targets and receiving yards. The 2021 second-round pick is still searching for his first NFL touchdown, but Marshall has an opportunity to establish himself as Carolina's No. 2 wide receiver behind DJ Moore.
