INJURIES

Catchless in win Boyle failed to secure his lone target in Sunday's 16-13 win over the Bears.
Impact Boyle made his 2021 debut Sunday after recovering from a knee injury he suffered before the season, and the veteran tight end played 40 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Unfortunately, he was unable to reel in the one pass thrown his way by backup quarterback Tyler Huntley. Mark Andrews saw a team-high 10 targets in the contest, and he will continue to operate as one of the top receiving options in the Baltimore passing attack and the No. 1 tight end. As long as Andrews is healthy, Boyle is not a viable fantasy option.

Ready to go for Week 11 Boyle (knee) is active for Sunday's contest against the Bears.
Impact Boyle was able to practice fully this past week, but he was still listed as questionable. Nonetheless, the seventh-year tight end will be active and will likely make his season debut Sunday. That said, the tight end is not a viable fantasy option as long as Mark Andrews remains available.

Listed as questionable for Week 11 Boyle (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bears.
Impact Per Ryan Mink of the Ravens' official site, Boyle -- who practiced fully this past week -- appears poised to make his season debut Sunday after being close to returning to action in Week 10. That said, the tight end is not a viable fantasy lineup option as long as Mark Andrews remains available.

Records full practice Wednesday Boyle (knee) was able to record a full practice Wednesday.
Impact Boyle was unable to play in his first game since coming off the Ravens' injured reserve list last week. The tight end managed to record his first full practice in a while, which could indicate Boyle is on track to make his return in Week 11.

Won't play Thursday Boyle (knee) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Dolphins.
Impact Boyle was considered questionable after being activated from injured reserve Monday, but he's not quite ready to see game action. Josh Oliver and Eric Tomlinson should continue to operate as Baltimore's secondary tight ends behind starter Mark Andrews.

Questionable for Thursday Boyle (knee) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Dolphins.
Impact Boyle was activated from injured reserve Monday after missing the first nine weeks of the season while recovering from offseason knee surgery, and he was a limited participant at practice this week. The 28-year-old should serve as Baltimore's secondary tight end behind starter Mark Andrews if available for his season debut Thursday.

Limited again Tuesday Boyle (knee) was limited on Tuesday's estimated practice report.
Impact Boyle was just activated from injured reserve Monday, so his limited work Monday and Tuesday could simply be out of an abundance of caution. The 6-foot-4 tight end is behind Mark Andrews on the depth chart, and, barring an occasional touchdown, he doesn't offer much fantasy value in standard leagues.

Limited at practice Boyle (knee) was limited on Monday's estimated practice report.
Impact Boyle was activated from injured reserve earlier in the day, so the limited workload Monday is very likely the result of the Ravens easing him back on a short week before they match up with the Dolphins on Thursday.

Comes off IR Boyle (knee) was activated from injured reserve Monday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official site reports.
Impact Boyle returned to practice Oct. 20, and he'll be eligible to make his season debut Thursday against the Dolphins. The 28-year-old made nine appearances for the Ravens in 2020 before he got hurt, hauling in 14 of 17 targets for 113 yards and two touchdowns.

Resumes practicing The Ravens designated Boyle (knee) to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Clifton Brown of the Ravens' official website reports.
Impact Boyle is set to rejoin Baltimore for practice Wednesday, triggering a 21-day for the Ravens to evaluate the tight end for a return to the active roster. Though the 6-foot-4, 270-pound Boyle is valued mainly for his contributions as a blocker, he wasn't a total zero as a pass catcher in 2020. Before sustaining a season-ending left knee injury, he appeared in nine games for the Ravens, recording 14 receptions for 113 yards and two touchdowns. He'll likely operate as the primary backup to Mark Andrews once he's added to the 53-man roster.

Getting close to returning Boyle (knee) is "getting close" and the team is looking forward to getting the tight end back, per coach John Harbaugh.
Impact Harbaugh didn't disclose a specific target date for the reserve tight end's return, but it sounds like Boyle will be back in action in the near future. He's unlikely to dress in Week 6 against the Chargers since he'll still need to be taken off IR first, but a Week 7 return against Cincinnati could be in the cards for Boyle, especially if he's able to resume practicing earlier in the week.
