Hits pay dirt Hall caught one of two targets for 24 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 42-21 loss to the Packers.

Impact Down 34-14 in the fourth quarter, Hall capped off a 75-yard drive for the Lions by snagging his first touchdown of the year. However, his playing time (17 of 59 offensive snaps) again massively trailed that of interim No. 3 receiving Quintez Cephus (39 snaps) in the continued absence of Kenny Golladay (hamstring). Seemingly set in his role as a rotational deep threat, Hall will remain an unreliable bet for production even if Golladay suits up for Week 3's matchup with Arizona.

Impact In the absence of Kenny Golladay (hamstring), it was Quintez Cephus who stepped into a huge role, finishing with 79 percent of the snaps while Hall and Jamal Agnew each saw less than 25 percent. Even if Golladay remains sidelined in Week 2 against Green Bay, it doesn't look like Hall will be anything more than a rotational deep threat.

Likely to see increased role Hall is likely to step into the starting lineup if Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is unable to play in Week 1 against Chicago, Kyle Meinke of MLive.com reports.

Impact Golladay is currently considered doubtful for game action, which means Hall should see an increased role. The Lions are deep at receiver with Quintez Cephus and Jamal Agnew also on the roster as additional depth options. It's unclear exactly what Hall could accomplish with increased targets, as he has never seen more than 19 in any of his three seasons in the NFL.
