INJURIES

Targeted four times in loss Hill caught three of four targets for 45 yards in Monday's 38-30 loss to the Lions.
Impact Hill was not used in the rushing attack for the first time this season, yet his four targets and 45 yards through the air were both season highs through three weeks. The veteran running back played 51 percent of the Ravens' offensive snaps, finishing ahead of Derrick Henry, who had a 49 percent snap share. As long as Henry stays healthy, however, Hill's minimal usage makes him difficult to trust for consistent fantasy production. The 27-year-old can be ignore for fantasy purposes when the Ravens visit the Chiefs in Week 4.

Makes three grabs Sunday Hill had three carries for seven yards and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards Sunday against the Browns.
Impact Baltimore's run game was uncharacteristically shut down by the Browns on Sunday as Hill and Derrick Henry combined for 14 carries and 30 yards. Hill managed to contribute in the passing game with three grabs after being held to just one three-yard reception in the opener. His playing time remained in line with his Week 1 total as he played 22 snaps. His usage can vary week-to-week, but Hill's snap share sits in the 40 percent range.
SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Tough sledding in Buffalo Hill had two carries for -14 yards and added a three-yard reception on two targets in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
Impact Hill had a healthy 45% snap share but his usage was minimal as he had just four combined opportunities in 23 snaps. He had a mishap on one of his carries that resulted in a fumble, and also had a target slip through his hands. Hill seems to be locked into a role as the passing down back who should see his share of targets as the season progresses -- he caught 42 passes in 2024 -- but rushing work will likely remain light. The Ravens host the Browns in Week 2.

Solid season from scrimmage Hill finished the season with 47 carries for 228 yards and a touchdown while adding 42 catches for 383 yards and three touchdowns on 51 targets.
Impact The veteran was a valuable second option in the Baltimore backfield behind Derrick Henry this season with four combined touchdowns and new carer highs across the board as a pass-catcher. Hill's 42 receptions ranked 15th among running backs and his 383 receiving yards ranked 11th at his position as well. He also provided some tough running in Baltimore's playoff loss to Buffalo with 50 yards on six attempts. Hill inked a two-year extension in September 2024 and projects to be back with his $2.4M cap hit in 2025. It will be interesting to see how Hill's role changes, if at all, with Keaton Mitchell back to full speed after missing much of the season recovering from a knee injury that ended his 2023 campaign.

Ready for wild-card round Hill (concussion) does not carry an injury designation on Thursday's practice report and will be available for Saturday's wild-card round matchup against the Steelers.
Impact Hill, who missed Baltimore's final two regular-season games, has now fully cleared the NFL's concussion protocol. He'll be available to contribute out of the backfield behind Derrick Henry during Saturday's game against the Steelers, as well as to field kick returns. Across 15 regular-season appearances, Hill rushed 47 times for 228 yards and one touchdown. He also secured a career-high 48 of 51 targets for 383 yards and another three scores.

Practices fully Wednesday Hill (concussion/illness) practiced fully Wednesday.
Impact After being deemed a limited practice participant Tuesday, Hill -- who has missed two straight games -- upgraded to full participation a day later, which has the running back trending in the right direction ahead of Saturday's game against the Steelers. Thursday's injury report is destined to reveal whether Hill carries a designation for the contest or is fully cleared to face Pittsburgh this weekend.
JANUARY 8, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Back practicing Tuesday Hill (illness/concussion) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.
Impact The Ravens continue to list Hill with a pair of health concerns, though head coach John Harbaugh said last Thursday that the illness rather than the concussion suffered in a Dec. 21 win over the Steelers was the primary cause of the running back's continued absence. Hill was back on the practice field Tuesday for the first time since Week 16, with Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic noting that Hill was sporting a non-contact jersey. As such, Hill may not have yet fully cleared concussion protocol, but he'll have two more practices this week to increase his activity and show that he's put both the head injury and the illness in the rear-view mirror in advance of Saturday's wild-card game versus Pittsburgh. If he's available this weekend, Hill would likely step in as the top change-of-pace option behind lead back Derrick Henry.

Won't play Saturday Hill (concussion/illness) has been ruled out for Saturday's regular-season finale against the Browns.
Impact Hill, who wasn't able to practice this week, will thus target a potential return to action in the Ravens' postseason opener. In his absence Saturday, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali are available to handle backfield reps that don't go to Derrick Henry. Per head coach John Harbaugh, Hill is no longer dealing with a concussion, with the running back's illness being the reason that he'll be sidelined this weekend.

Not practicing Thursday Hill (concussion/illness) wasn't present for practice Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Impact With Hill slated to record a third straight 'DNP' listing, the running back's status for Saturday's game against the Browns is cloudy in advance of the Ravens' final Week 18 injury report. If Hill is unavailable this weekend, Keaton Mitchell would likely see added snaps behind top back Derrick Henry.
JANUARY 2, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Not practicing yet Hill (concussion/illness) isn't practicing Wednesday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Hill hasn't practiced since suffering a concussion Week 16, but at this point his absence may be due to an illness more so than the head injury, considering Ravens coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Hill is trending in the right direction for Saturday's game against Cleveland. The running back has three more days to recover from his illness and clear concussion protocol before Baltimore's regular-season finale.

Misses another practice Hill (concussion/illness) didn't participate in practice Tuesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Impact Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Hill is trending toward being available for Saturday's regular-season finale against the Browns, after the running back sat out the team's Week 17 win over the Texans with a concussion. Though Hill is seemingly on the cusp of exiting the NFL's five-step concussion protocol, an unrelated illness has kept him off the field for practice. Hill will likely need to log some practice activity Wednesday and/or Thursday in order for Harbaugh's prediction to come to fruition.
DECEMBER 31, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Expected to play Saturday Hill, who missed the Ravens' Dec. 25 win over the Texans with a concussion, missed Monday's practice due to an illness, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Impact While Hill was sidelined Monday, Hensley relayed that the running back is expected to play Saturday against the Browns, per head coach John Harbaugh, which implies that Hill has either cleared the NFL's concussion protocol or is on track to do so ahead of Week 18 action. Look for added context regarding his status to arrive once Tuesday's practice report is posted.

Ravens now in the AFC North driver's seat after 3 convincing wins in 11-day stretch

Baltimore’s 31-2 rout of Houston on Wednesday capped a sweep of a grueling stretch of three games in 11 days
DECEMBER 26, 2024 • Associated Press
Missing Christmas Day game The Ravens have ruled Hill (concussion) out for Wednesday's game against the Texans.
Impact Hill was knocked out of Saturday's 34-17 win over the Steelers after his head hit the turf violently when he was brought down on a 25-yard run in the second quarter. Unsurprisingly, Hill was unable to clear the five-step concussion protocol on a short week, and he'll miss his first game of the season Wednesday. With Hill sidelined, Rasheen Ali and Keaton Mitchell will be the available depth options in the backfield behind starter Derrick Henry.
DECEMBER 24, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Doesn't practice Monday Hill (concussion) didn't practice Monday.
Impact Hill sustained a concussion Saturday against the the Steelers when his head hit the ground hard as he was tackled at the end of a 25-yard run. With no activity to speak of since then, he seems to be trending toward his first absence of the season Wednesday at Houston. Tuesday's injury report may provide clarity on that front, but rookie fifth-round pick Rasheen Ali and Keaton Mitchell are lined up for complementary reps behind starter Derrick Henry if Hill isn't able to suit up Week 17.
DECEMBER 23, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
DNP on practice estimate Hill (concussion) was listed as a non-participant on Sunday's practice estimate.
Impact Baltimore faced Pittsburgh on Saturday, with the team holding a late-afternoon walkthrough one day later. Given that Hill sustained a concussion versus the Steelers, his status for Wednesday's game against the Texans is cloudy on a short week. If Hill is sidelined for the contest, Rasheen Ali and Keaton Mitchell would be in line to see complementary snaps behind top back Derrick Henry.
