INJURIES

No practice Wednesday Hill missed Wednesday's practice with a toe injury.
Impact Fellow running back Keaton Mitchell (knee) was a limited participant, and he'd likely take on a larger role if Hill were to miss Sunday's matchup with Cleveland. Mitchell's emergence as a change-of-pace back in recent weeks has sapped some of Hill's fantasy value, though Hill still dominates snaps in clear passing situations (and scored a TD on his lone carry last week).
NOVEMBER 12, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Scores touchdown Sunday Hill took his lone carry for a one-yard touchdown and added a 12-yard reception in Sunday's win over the Vikings.
Impact The Ravens used Hill a bit more than they did in Week 9 when the veteran played a season-low 11 snaps. Hill was out there for 19 snaps on offense, which was 27% of the plays. He only had two touches but made the most of them by scoring a touchdown on his only carry and picking up a first down on his one catch. Hill's goal-line carry was his first such carry of the season and his first red zone carry since Week 4. He remains a part of the offense, but he rarely sees even five touches in a given game.
NOVEMBER 10, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Snap count ticks down Thursday Hill had a two-yard carry and added two receptions for 13 yards in Thursday's win over the Dolphins.
Impact Hill's 11 snaps marked a season low as Baltimore deployed Keaton Mitchell for roughly the same number of plays as the veteran. Lamar Jackson targeted Hill twice, and he managed to bring both in for receptions. Through eight games, Hill has just one game with more than 20 rushing yards, and his pass-catching has tapered off since the bye with just two combined targets in his last two games. Baltimore heads to Minnesota in Week 10.
OCTOBER 31, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Usage drops off in win Hill had one carry for two yards and drew zero targets on 19 snaps in Sunday's win over the Bears.
Impact Baltimore leaned on Derrick Henry as the primary running back Sunday, and even when Hill was in, he wasn't a featured part of the offense. Hill's usage is volatile week-to-week and depends on game script where Baltimore needs to utilize his blitz pickup and pass-catching skills. Another looming threat to Hill's usage was the reintroduction of Keaton Mitchell to the backfield. Mitchell played just seven snaps but had a strong usage rate with four carries for 43 yards. Hill's role won't be deleted from the offense because he offers elements that Henry and Mitchell do not, but his snap counts could take a hit going forward if Mitchell continues to shine.
OCTOBER 27, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Five receptions in loss Hill rushed the ball six times for 16 yards in Sunday's 17-3 loss to the Rams. He added five receptions on six targets for 28 yards.
Impact The Ravens ran a run-heavy offense as long as possible, giving Hill a chance to mix in on possessions to relieve Derrick Henry. Hill saw a season-high six carries as a result, but he made a more significant impact as a pass catcher. His usage could change with the anticipated return of Lamar Jackson (hamstring) after the team's bye, but Hill has at least three catches in four of six games on the campaign.
OCTOBER 13, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Minimal usage in blowout loss Hill had a three-yard carry and a nine-yard reception on 11 snaps in Sunday's loss to the Texans.
Impact Though the Ravens were in a catch-up script for much of the game, Hill played his fewest snaps of the season by a wide margin. The veteran had played at least 40% of the snaps in the first four weeks before bottoming out with 30% on Sunday. Opportunities dried up as a result as he had just one carry and two targets on the day. Baltimore's offense is in a tough spot as long as Lamar Jackson is sidelined and the ripple effects fall across the skill players, including Hill. The Ravens host the Rams in Week 6
OCTOBER 7, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Minimal usage in blowout loss Hill had a three-yard carry and a nine-yard reception while playing 11 snaps in Sunday's 44-10 loss to the Texans.
Impact Though the Ravens were in a catch-up script for much of the game, Hill played his fewest snaps of the season by a wide margin. The veteran had played at least 40 percent of the snaps in the first four weeks before bottoming out with 30 percent on Sunday. Opportunities dried up as a result, as he had just one carry and two targets on the day. Baltimore's offense is in a tough spot as long as Lamar Jackson is sidelined, and the ripple effects fall across the skill players, including Hill. The Ravens host the Rams in Week 6
OCTOBER 7, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Two touchdowns in blowout loss Hill carried three times for 76 yards and a touchdown and added five receptions for 41 yards and another score in Sunday's 37-20 loss to the Chiefs.
Impact Hill opened and closed the scoring Sunday. He punched in an 11-yard touchdown grab to cap off the Ravens' first drive, then finished with a 71-yard touchdown run to cut the Ravens' deficit to three scores with under two minutes to go. In between, Hill added a few short carries and receptions as the Ravens offense largely floundered. Hill out-snapped starting running back Derrick Henry 32 to 21, but the Ravens trailed from the second quarter onward and largely abandoned the running game.

Two touchdowns in blowout loss Hill had three carries for 76 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Chiefs. He added five receptions for 41 yards and another score.
Impact Hill opened and closed the scoring Sunday. He punched in an 11-yard touchdown grab to cap off the Ravens' first drive, then finished things off with a 71-yard touchdown run to bring the Ravens within 17 points with under two minutes to go. In between, Hill added a few short carries and receptions as the Ravens' offense largely floundered. It was noteworthy that Hill out-snapped Derrick Henry 32 to 21, but the Ravens trailed from the second quarter onward. The Ravens host the Texans in Week 5.

Targeted four times in loss Hill caught three of four targets for 45 yards in Monday's 38-30 loss to the Lions.
Impact Hill was not used in the rushing attack for the first time this season, yet his four targets and 45 yards through the air were both season highs through three weeks. The veteran running back played 51 percent of the Ravens' offensive snaps, finishing ahead of Derrick Henry, who had a 49 percent snap share. As long as Henry stays healthy, however, Hill's minimal usage makes him difficult to trust for consistent fantasy production. The 27-year-old can be ignore for fantasy purposes when the Ravens visit the Chiefs in Week 4.
SEPTEMBER 24, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Makes three grabs Sunday Hill had three carries for seven yards and caught all three of his targets for 18 yards Sunday against the Browns.
Impact Baltimore's run game was uncharacteristically shut down by the Browns on Sunday as Hill and Derrick Henry combined for 14 carries and 30 yards. Hill managed to contribute in the passing game with three grabs after being held to just one three-yard reception in the opener. His playing time remained in line with his Week 1 total as he played 22 snaps. His usage can vary week-to-week, but Hill's snap share sits in the 40 percent range.
SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Tough sledding in Buffalo Hill had two carries for -14 yards and added a three-yard reception on two targets in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
Impact Hill had a healthy 45% snap share but his usage was minimal as he had just four combined opportunities in 23 snaps. He had a mishap on one of his carries that resulted in a fumble, and also had a target slip through his hands. Hill seems to be locked into a role as the passing down back who should see his share of targets as the season progresses -- he caught 42 passes in 2024 -- but rushing work will likely remain light. The Ravens host the Browns in Week 2.

Solid season from scrimmage Hill finished the season with 47 carries for 228 yards and a touchdown while adding 42 catches for 383 yards and three touchdowns on 51 targets.
Impact The veteran was a valuable second option in the Baltimore backfield behind Derrick Henry this season with four combined touchdowns and new carer highs across the board as a pass-catcher. Hill's 42 receptions ranked 15th among running backs and his 383 receiving yards ranked 11th at his position as well. He also provided some tough running in Baltimore's playoff loss to Buffalo with 50 yards on six attempts. Hill inked a two-year extension in September 2024 and projects to be back with his $2.4M cap hit in 2025. It will be interesting to see how Hill's role changes, if at all, with Keaton Mitchell back to full speed after missing much of the season recovering from a knee injury that ended his 2023 campaign.

Ready for wild-card round Hill (concussion) does not carry an injury designation on Thursday's practice report and will be available for Saturday's wild-card round matchup against the Steelers.
Impact Hill, who missed Baltimore's final two regular-season games, has now fully cleared the NFL's concussion protocol. He'll be available to contribute out of the backfield behind Derrick Henry during Saturday's game against the Steelers, as well as to field kick returns. Across 15 regular-season appearances, Hill rushed 47 times for 228 yards and one touchdown. He also secured a career-high 48 of 51 targets for 383 yards and another three scores.

Practices fully Wednesday Hill (concussion/illness) practiced fully Wednesday.
Impact After being deemed a limited practice participant Tuesday, Hill -- who has missed two straight games -- upgraded to full participation a day later, which has the running back trending in the right direction ahead of Saturday's game against the Steelers. Thursday's injury report is destined to reveal whether Hill carries a designation for the contest or is fully cleared to face Pittsburgh this weekend.
JANUARY 8, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Back practicing Tuesday Hill (illness/concussion) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.
Impact The Ravens continue to list Hill with a pair of health concerns, though head coach John Harbaugh said last Thursday that the illness rather than the concussion suffered in a Dec. 21 win over the Steelers was the primary cause of the running back's continued absence. Hill was back on the practice field Tuesday for the first time since Week 16, with Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic noting that Hill was sporting a non-contact jersey. As such, Hill may not have yet fully cleared concussion protocol, but he'll have two more practices this week to increase his activity and show that he's put both the head injury and the illness in the rear-view mirror in advance of Saturday's wild-card game versus Pittsburgh. If he's available this weekend, Hill would likely step in as the top change-of-pace option behind lead back Derrick Henry.
JANUARY 7, 2025 • ROTOWIRE
Won't play Saturday Hill (concussion/illness) has been ruled out for Saturday's regular-season finale against the Browns.
Impact Hill, who wasn't able to practice this week, will thus target a potential return to action in the Ravens' postseason opener. In his absence Saturday, Keaton Mitchell and Rasheen Ali are available to handle backfield reps that don't go to Derrick Henry. Per head coach John Harbaugh, Hill is no longer dealing with a concussion, with the running back's illness being the reason that he'll be sidelined this weekend.
