Active Sunday Scruggs (hamstring) will make his season debut Sunday after being listed as questionable following his activation from injured reserve Saturday.

Impact The rookie center participated fully in all three practices leading up to Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars. The second-round pick was placed on IR with a leg injury Aug. 31. Scruggs is listed as the Texans' backup center behind Michael Deiter.
