Operating as top tight end Deguara was targeted three times and caught two passes for five yards in the Packers' 24-22 victory over the Browns in Week 16.

Impact Deguara played at least 55 percent of the snaps for a third week in a row, and for the first time in his career was the only Packers tight end to spend more than half the offensive plays on the field. While those numbers seemingly point to him being the Packers' top tight end, they have not translated into any meaningful production, as he has recorded just eight receptions for 65 yards in the three games the Packers have played since their Week 13 bye. Deguara should again spend ample time on the field in the Packers' Week 17 matchup with the Vikings, and although his recent numbers don't inspire much confidence, he should have a chance to find paydirt against an opponent that allowed tight ends to rack up five scores over its last six games.

Deguara did play more than 50 percent of the snaps for the second week in a row, and he will have the matchup in his favor in Week 16 against the Browns. However, his game log suggests he will be tough to trust in that contest.

Impact The 44 yards were a career best for Deguara, as were the 37 snaps he played in Sunday's contest. He has not stamped himself as the Packers' top tight end, as teammate Marcedes Lewis racked up more yards and receptions in Week 14 and played just one fewer snap. However, Deguara has at least done enough to put himself on the radar for Weeks 15 and 16, when the Packers will take on Ravens and Browns defenses that have been below-average this season against opposing tight ends.

Impact The Packers activated four tight ends for Sunday's contest, and although Deguara was not one of the two credited with a start, he still wound up leading all of them in snaps, targets and receiving yards, catching exactly two passes for the fifth straight game. Deguara has established himself as the top fantasy option among Green Bay's tight ends, but he also averaged just a 44 percent snap share over the past two weeks. As such, fantasy players should not feel obligated to hang onto him through the Packers' Week 13 bye.

Impact Deguara only got a couple opportunities to make a play Sunday, but he capitalized on the biggest one, hauling in a 25-yard pass into the end zone to bring the Packers within six points late in the second quarter. Deguara has just 10 receptions this season, but the 2020 third-rounder looks like a player on the rise, as he has both caught two passes and has seen his snap-count percentage increase in four straight games. Deguara's 27 snaps Sunday led Packers tight ends and were 10 more than the player who finished second on that list, Marcedes Lewis. Deguara should continue getting chances to contribute, as the Packers' top tight end -- Robert Tonyan (knee) -- will not return this season.

His role has expanded some since Robert Tonyan (knee) was lost for the season, and he now has two receptions in three straight games after catching just two passes all season prior to that. It could be tough for him to do much more than that Week 11, as he'll remain behind Marcedes Lewis on the depth chart and face a Vikings defense that has allowed tight ends to average a measly 2.8 receptions and 30.5 yards over its last six games.
