Impact Holland has regained health leading up to Sunday's regular-season opener against the Jaguars. He's expected to remain the starting free safety for the Dolphins in 2024 after a well-rounded 2023 regular season in which he racked up 74 tackles, four passes defensed and three forced fumbles in 12 appearances.

Impact Holland hasn't practiced in over a week, but there hasn't been much concern expressed by Miami's coaching staff about the issue. Back to 100 percent Holland told reporters Tuesday that he is fully recovered from the knee injury that kept him out of the playoffs last season, Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Impact Holland missed four games in 2023 due to injuries to both knees. He played the last two games of the regular season, but he was unable to suit up for the Dolphins' wild-card game against Kansas City.
