Impact Dealing with a knee injury for the past two months, Jones was then arrested Monday for a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. He's unlikely to play this Sunday's game against the Titans and may also miss more time beyond Week 11 (be it due to the injury or arrest).

Jamal Agnew - Won't play Sunday Agnew (shoulder) will not play Sunday against the Titans, according to head coach Doug Pederson, John Shipley of SI.com reports.

Impact Agnew was previously considered a long shot to play this week after suffering the injury in Sunday's loss to the 49ers, so this news isn't necessarily surprising. Pederson added that the 28-year-old could miss time beyond this week as well. With Parker Washington (knee) designated to return from IR and potentially suiting up Sunday, he'd likely be in line to take on return duties against Tennessee.

Foyesade Oluokun - Productive in loss Oluokun tallied nine total tackles (six solo), including three tackles for loss and two sacks in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the 49ers.

Impact Oluokun fell one short of double-digit tackles for the first time in four weeks during Sunday's blowout loss, and he's been able to record 10 or more tackles in six of the Jaguars' nine games thus far. The Yale product was also able to get after the quarterback in Week 10, recording his first two sacks of the season. Expect Oluokun to continue racking up tackles and making big plays for Jacksonville's defense going forward.

Impact The 25-year-old didn't have a significant role in the aerial attack but played 56 percent of Jacksonville's offensive snaps since Jamal Agnew departed with a shoulder injury. Jones should operate at the Jags' No. 3 wideout this weekend against the Titans if Zay Jones (knee) and Agnew are unavailable.

Brandon McManus - Converts lone kick McManus made his only field-goal attempt during Sunday's 34-3 loss to the 49ers.

Impact The 32-year-old put Jacksonville on the board with a 37-yard field goal during the second quarter, and that ended up being the team's only points of the game. McManus missed two field goals Week 3 against Houston but is otherwise perfect on 18 tries this season, and he also has yet to miss an extra-point attempt. If he's able to maintain this level of accuracy, the 90 percent hit rate would be the best of his career.

Christian Kirk - Tops 100 yards in Week 10 loss Kirk caught six of 11 targets for 104 yards and lost a fumble in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the 49ers.

Impact Kirk was the only member of Jacksonville's offense that found a modicum of success against San Francisco's stout defense, as no teammate produced more than 44 scrimmage yards. His fumble was a costly one, though, as it came on San Francisco's 6-yard line. Kirk entered Week 10 one target shy of tight end Evan Engram's team lead, but Kirk surpassed Engram in that category and now leads the Jaguars in targets (71) and receiving yards (624), as well as receiving touchdowns (three). The wide receiver will have a nice opportunity to add to those totals in Week 11 against Tennessee's underwhelming secondary, one day after his 27th birthday.

Trevor Lawrence - Shut down by 49ers Lawrence completed 17 of 29 passes for 185 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the 49ers. He also rushed twice for seven yards and lost a fumble.

Impact Lawrence was under duress throughout against a San Francisco defensive line that sacked him five times. Still, the quarterback shoulders a substantial portion of the blame for the blowout loss, as the Jaguars scored a season-low three points and two of Lawrence's three turnovers came in 49ers territory. Lawrence will have a nice opportunity to bounce back in Week 11 against the Titans, but his 9:6 TD:INT through nine games is disappointing.
