The veteran quarterback focused the overwhelming majority of his attention on Brock Bowers, who accounted for 13 of Minshew's completions on 16 targets. The remainder of Minshew's production was spread among six other pass catchers, and his pair of scoring tosses landed in the hands of Bowers (23 yards) and Ameer Abdullah (10 yards). Aidan O'Connell (IR, thumb) will remain out for several more weeks, so Minshew will be under center again for a tough Week 12 home matchup against the Broncos next Sunday.

Impact For the third time in his seven starts on the season, Minshew was benched due to ineffective play during Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Bengals. Desmond Ridder came on to replace Minshew and completed 11 of 16 pass attempts for 74 yards and a touchdown while also losing a fumble. Though unspectacular, Ridder's performance has at least prompted Pierce to consider another changing of the guard at quarterback heading into the Raiders' next game Nov. 17 at Miami. Clarity on the Raiders' plans should arrive when the team resumes practicing during Week 11, but even if Minshew ends up keeping the job, he'll represent a low-end fantasy option whose usefulness is largely limited to leagues that start two quarterbacks or have a QB flex spot. Over his eight appearances, Minshew has turned the ball over 12 times (eight interceptions, four lost fumbles) and has completed 148 of 221 pass attempts (67 percent) for 1,501 yards (6.8 YPA) and six touchdowns.

Impact Minshew returned to a starting role with Aidan O'Connell (hand) sidelined and managed to average 7.0 yards per attempt for the first time since Week 1. He didn't push the ball down the field aggressively, instead distributing the ball to short areas of the field while allowing his skill-position players to rack up yards after the catch. Minshew managed to play mostly mistake free, though he did lose a costly fumble that ultimately led to the game-winning score for the Chiefs. Overall, it was a decent performance for Minshew, and he showed some rapport with Jakobi Meyers.

Impact Aidan O'Connell came out of a Week 7 loss to the Rams with a broken thumb that forced him to injured reserve and will require 4-to-6 weeks to recover from. Minshew unsurprisingly will retake the reins of Las Vegas' offense, but he does have another experienced option behind him after the team signed Desmond Ridder off the Cardinals' practice squad earlier this week. Ridder will be the No. 2 QB on Sunday, while Minshew will make his fifth appearance of the campaign. In the first four, Minshew completed 52 of 82 passes for 455 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
