Impact Darren Waller (ankle) was ruled out just before kickoff, allowing Moreau to step into the No. 1 role and lead the Raiders in receiving yards while scoring his second TD of the year. With the team heading into its Week 8 bye, however, Waller will get extra time to recover, likely denying Moreau another shot at a significant workload.

Impact Per Tashan Reed of The Athletic, with Waller, Nick Bowers (neck) and Derek Carrier (pectoral) all unavailable, Moreau and Matt Bushman are slated to handle the Raiders' tight end duties against Philadelphia. Though Moreau shouldn't be expected to replicate Waller's production level, he does at least represent a viable plugin for those who had been awaiting Waller's playing status.
