Impact While Gore saw a slight bump in his playing time from the three carries he saw last week versus the Packers, the majority of his work came during the second half of a blowout contest. He's still well behind Darrel Williams in terms of carry share, and he's also got Jerick McKinnon to contend with for touches. His opportunities figure to be diluted even more soon with Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) nearing a return.

Impact With Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle) and Darrel Williams (head) both unavailable, Jerick McKinnon got the start and the first three carries before sharing snaps with Darwin Thompson on the second drive. Gore then came in for the third drive with the second-string offense, but he ended up having the best night of the team's three healthy running backs, highlighted by a 56-yard TD on a screen pass in the third quarter.
