It's a bit surprising the star running back is even considered possibly available for Monday's contest given the Bears will have their bye take place in Week 10, theoretically giving the 24-year-old an ample amount of time to recover from his scary Week 4 knee injury, but this does fit nicely with the reported four-week recovery timeline. It's also worth noting primary backup Damien Williams (knee) has already been ruled out ahead of Monday's contest.
