Impact The 52 receiving yards not only led the Giants on the afternoon, they were a season high for Bellinger, who caught multiple passes in a game for the first time in 2025. The elevated usage came in the wake of Malik Nabers (knee) being lost for the season, as rookie QB Jaxson Dart wasn't able to stretch the field at all -- Bellinger's 18-yard grab in the first quarter was New York's longest completion. Theo Johnson also saw more volume than usual and was on the other end of both of Dart's TD passes, making him the top option for the team at tight end, but Bellinger could see enough targets to have some deep-league utility during a Week 6 clash with the Eagles.

Impact There wasn't much of a change production-wise for Bellinger with Jaxson Dart making his first start at quarterback for the Giants, as the fourth-year TE saw exactly one target -- and made the catch -- for the third time through four weeks this season. Bellinger (24 offensive snaps) remained well behind Theo Johnson (53 offensive snaps) in the TE pecking order, and that doesn't figure to change after Johnson hauled in Dart's only TD pass Sunday. Bellinger is unlikely to have much fantasy value as long as he remains the second TE option in what has been a mostly tepid New York offense to this point.

Impact Bellinger was again clearly behind Theo Johnson in the tight-end pecking order, logging 16 offensive snaps to Johnson's 57. Chris Manhertz also got 13 snaps on offense, so Bellinger seems to be stuck in a relatively minor role on a game-to-game basis. He has just two catches for 20 yards through three weeks, taking him off the fantasy radar almost entirely.

Johnson has solidified his role as the Giants' top TE early in the campaign, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect Bellinger to have much value barring an injury that propels him up the pecking order.

Impact Bellinger ended the campaign in quiet fashion, recording less than 10 receiving yards in each of his final three games. The third-year pro looked as though he could take over the role as New York's No. 1 tight end after Darren Waller's offseason retirement, but that spot atop the pecking order was ultimately claimed by Theo Johnson until he landed on IR with a foot injury in early December. Bellinger did step in as the starter after Johnson's injury and posted eight catches for 80 yards in his first two games thereafter before the three-game fade. The organization seems to be high on Johnson, who was fairly productive after gaining his footing in the league, so Bellinger figures to revert back to the No. 2 role next season in what will be the final year of his rookie contract.

Impact Bellinger was listed as New York's No. 1 tight end on the team's first unofficial depth chart during the preseason and split first-team reps with rookie Theo Johnson throughout training camp, but he was clearly behind Johnson in the pecking order Sunday. While Bellinger logged just 16 offensive snaps (23 percent of the team's total), Johnson tallied 61 (86 percent), and even Chris Manhertz (20 offensive snaps) was on the field more often than Bellinger. Manhertz played primarily in two-TE sets and does most of his work as a blocker, so he's not a threat to Bellinger's playing time, but for the time being it appears that the Giants prefer Johnson as the starter over Bellinger at the position.
