Team-high receiving yardage Sunday Lamb brought in four of six targets for 70 yards and netted minus-4 yards on one carry in the Cowboys' 24-6 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Impact Lamb's receiving yardage total was a team high, while his reception tally was second behind only the team-high five catches secured by Noah Brown and Dalton Schultz. Lamb's first game back with Dak Prescott didn't result in better numbers than he compiled in a couple of his games with Cooper Rush under center, but the third-year receiver naturally should have a chance to reignite his chemistry with the talented quarterback the more they play together moving forward.

While he opened Week 7 prep with a limited session, he told Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News after Thursday's practice that he was a "full go," which was confirmed on the team's ensuing injury report. Lamb thus is set to serve as Dak Prescott's No. 1 option in the passing game Sunday versus the Lions, with the quarterback expected to put an end to a five-game absence due to a broken right thumb.

Impact Lamb was a late addition to the Cowboys' Week 6 practice report, being tabbed as a non-participant last Friday with the aforementioned hip concern. It didn't stop him from playing this past Sunday at Philadelphia and turning 10 targets into five catches for 68 yards and two carries into nine yards. Even if he heads into this weekend with a game-day designation, Lamb doesn't seem in danger of missing Sunday's contest against the Lions, and he's also in line to be on the receiving end of passes from Dak Prescott instead of Cooper Rush after the former gained medical clearance from the broken right thumb that has sidelined him for the past five games.

Still, there was an expectation that he'd play, which was supported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network on Sunday morning. With his status now confirmed, Lamb again will be the focus of the Cowboys' passing game, but he'll be on the receiving end of passes from Cooper Rush instead of Dak Prescott (thumb), the latter of whom may be able to return Week 7 against the Lions.
