INJURIES

Cleared for Week 14 Wilson (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against Washington, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Impact Wilson was limited in practice Wednesday and Thursday but got the all-clear following a full session Friday. He'll be relegated to a depth role on offense with Amari Cooper, CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup all healthy, but Wilson could be tasked with taking on kick return duties, as usual return man Tony Pollard (foot) is questionable and hasn't practiced at all.

Remains limited Thursday Wilson (ankle) was limited at Thursday's practice, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Impact One week removed from not practicing at all before being ruled out for last Thursday's game at New Orleans due to an ankle issue, Wilson has managed back-to-back capped sessions to kick off Week 14 prep. He seems to be trending in the right direction for a return Sunday at Washington, but it remains to be seen if he'll avoid an injury designation upon the release of Friday's practice report.
DECEMBER 9, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Returns to practice as limited Wilson (ankle) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday, David Helman of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Impact Wilson picked up an ankle injury during Dallas' Thanksgiving Day loss to the Raiders, and the issue kept him out of practice last week and didn't allow him to play last Thursday at New Orleans. As such, his return to practice Wednesday marks his first activity since Week 12 prep. Wilson will have two more chances to be a full participant Thursday and/or Friday before the Cowboys potentially tab him with a designation ahead of Sunday's game at Washington.
DECEMBER 8, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Out this week Wilson (ankle) has been ruled out for Thursday's game in New Orleans, Ed Werder of ESPN reports.
Impact Wilson had season highs for targets (10) and yards (104) in the Thanksgiving loss to Las Vegas, handling a larger-than-usual role with both CeeDee Lamb (concussion) and Amari Cooper (COVID-19) unavailable. Wilson injured his ankle along the way however, while Lamb is now off the injury report and Cooper is listed as questionable but expected to play. Noah Brown is the likely No. 4 receiver with Wilson out, or else the No. 3 if Cooper doesn't end up playing.
DECEMBER 1, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
No activity yet this week Wilson (ankle) was a non-participant at Tuesday's practice, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Impact In the Cowboys' last two games, Wilson has earned more snaps than a typical week, logging 63 percent Week 11 at Kansas City and 74 percent Week 12 against the Raiders. The increased work was courtesy of Amari Cooper (illness) sitting out both of them due to being on the reserve/COVID-19 list and CeeDee Lamb missing Thanksgiving's contest with a concussion. However, Wilson suffered an ankle injury last last Thursday and has yet to practice this week. With Lamb clear of the protocol for head injuries and practicing in full Monday and Tuesday, Wilson would be the No. 3 wide receiver, at best, Thursday in New Orleans, but his lack of activity is making him highly questionable to even suit up.

Sits out practice with ankle injury Wilson didn't participate in Monday's practice due to an ankle injury he sustained in the Cowboys' 36-33 overtime loss to the Raiders on Thanksgiving Day, David Helman of the Cowbo...
Impact While CeeDee Lamb (concussion) and Amari Cooper (reserve/COVID-19 list) sat out the Week 12 contest, Wilson handled his second-largest offensive snap share (74 percent) of the season and established new bests in catches (seven), receiving yards (104) and targets (10) in the loss. Both Lamb and Cooper are expected to make it back for this week's Thursday game in New Orleans, so Wilson's status suddenly looks the murkiest among Dallas receivers. Wilson will likely need to return to practice in some capacity by Wednesday to have a shot at suiting up against the Saints.
NOVEMBER 29, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Big day in losing effort Wilson caught seven of 10 targets for 104 yards in a 36-33 overtime loss to the Raiders on Thanksgiving.
Impact With Amari Cooper (COVID-19) and CeeDee Lamb (concussion) both sidelined, Wilson took advantage of the opportunity to lead the Cowboys in catches and targets while falling two yards shy of Michael Gallup for the team lead in receiving yards. The 100-yard performance was only the second of Wilson's career, but he could have a hard time maintaining a big role in the offense in Week 13 against the Saints as Cooper, at least, is expected to rejoin the lineup.

Four grabs in Sunday's loss Wilson caught four of seven targets for 36 yards in Sunday's 19-9 loss to Kansas City.
Impact With Amari Cooper (COVID-19) unavailable, Wilson moved back up to the No. 3 spot on the Cowboys' depth chart at wide receiver, and his role increased even further after CeeDee Lamb left the game due to a concussion. Unfortunately, a couple drops prevented him from fully taking advantage of his increased looks. With Dallas facing a short week before a Thanksgiving Day clash with the Raiders, Wilson figures to see elevated volume once again.

Likely to step in as top slot man Wilson is expected to serve as the Cowboys' top slot receiver Sunday against the Chiefs after Amari Cooper (illness) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, Michael Gehlken of The...
Impact Wilson has held down a regular spot in three-receiver sets this season alongside Cooper and CeeDee Lamb, but he was limited to just one snap in last week's blowout win over the Falcons after Michael Gallup (calf) made his return from a seven-game absence. With Cooper now sidelined for both this weekend's game and the Cowboys' Thanksgiving Day contest against the Raiders in Week 12 following his positive test for the virus, Wilson will benefit from a temporary bump in playing time. Lamb and Gallup are still likely to handily outpace Wilson in terms of snaps and targets while serving as the Cowboys' boundary receivers the next two weeks, but Wilson could get enough volume to make himself relevant in deeper leagues. While Gallup was sidelined Weeks 2 through 9, Wilson turned in a 16-256-3 receiving line on 24 targets.
NOVEMBER 19, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Active in Week 10 Wilson (shoulder) is listed as active Sunday against the Falcons.
Impact In advance of this contest, Wilson's activity was contained to one limited session Friday. With the fourth-year pro available, the Cowboys will have their top four wide receivers together for the first time since Week 1. Michael Gallup missed seven games as a result of a strained left calf, but following his activation from IR on Saturday, he'll join Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb as the team's top trio at the position. As a result, targets could be hard to come by for Wilson, who is set to take a hit in offensive usage.
NOVEMBER 14, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Week 10 Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.
Impact Fellow wide receivers Amari Cooper (LP, hamstring) and CeeDee Lamb (FP, ankle) also were listed on Cowboys injury reports this week, but both have been cleared to play Sunday. The same can't be said for Wilson yet, but he did get back on the practice field Friday in a limited capacity after opening Week 10 prep with back-to-back absences. His status may not be known until 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. kickoff, but even if he's available Wilson is in line to drop from third to fourth on the depth chart with the team expected to activate Michael Gallup (calf) from injured reserve.
NOVEMBER 12, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Misses practice again Wilson (shoulder) isn't participating in Thursday's practice, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Impact Wilson's shoulder injury will keep him off the field for the second day in a row and leaves his status for Sunday's game against the Falcons in question heading into Dallas' final practice of the week Friday. Even if Wilson gains clearance to play this weekend, he could be in line for a smaller role within the Dallas receiving corps. Michael Gallup (calf) appears on pace to return from injured reserve this week and end his seven-game absence, and he could immediately displace Wilson as the team's No. 3 wideout behind Amari Cooper (hamstring) and CeeDee Lamb.
NOVEMBER 11, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
No practice due to shoulder issue Wilson (shoulder) didn't practice Wednesday, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
Impact Wilson's absence coincides with the Cowboys poised to activate Michael Gallup (calf) from injured reserve ahead of a Week 10 matchup with the Falcons. With Gallup sidelined since Week 2, Wilson has served as the team's No. 3 wide receiver behind Amari Cooper (hamstring) and CeeDee Lamb (ankle), hauling in 16 of 24 targets for 256 yards and three touchdowns in seven games. Wilson also had two carries for 11 yards and completed two of two passes for 57 yards during that stretch. Wilson will have two more practices to fit in some work before week's end.
NOVEMBER 10, 2021 • ROTOWIRE
Does little on five targets Wilson caught two of five targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Broncos.
Impact The Cowboys offense was stuck in neutral most of the day, with Wilson's performance an accurate reflection of the effectiveness of the team's passing game as a whole. The 25-year-old's window for fantasy value may have closed with a whimper if Michael Gallup (calf) is able to return to action and reclaim the No. 3 wideout spot Week 10 against the Falcons.

Cedrick Wilson Postgame Week 8 ' #DALvsMIN Wide receiver Cedrick Wilson shares his thoughts following a 20-16 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
NOVEMBER 1, 2021 • DALLASCOWBOYS.COM
Turns in best performance of season Wilson caught all three targets for 84 yards and a touchdown, while also completing his lone pass attempt for 35 yards in Sunday's 20-16 win over Minnesota.
Impact The Cowboys' aerial attack put on a show against the Vikings despite having backup quarterback Cooper Rush under center. All three of Dallas' top wideouts turned in strong fantasy games, with Wilson posting a new season high in receiving yards. The versatile performance could help his own stock, as Michael Gallup (calf) could return as soon as next week's tilt against the Broncos. Regardless of what the Cowboys' healthy roster looks like next week, Wilson is likely to remain a non-factor in fantasy, as the No. 3 receiver role is currently his ceiling.
