Derrick Henry fumbles: How Ravens star's uncharacteristic turnover cost Baltimore in fourth quarter vs. Lions | Sporting News

Mark Andrews - Springs to life in Week 3 loss
Andrews brought in all six targets for 91 yards and two touchdowns in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night.
Impact
Another disappointing high-scoring loss for the Ravens took center stage, but Andrews' individual performance was a highlight, especially for frustrated fantasy managers. The veteran led Baltimore in receptions and receiving yards, and he rounded out his night with touchdown grabs of 14 and 27 yards in the second half. Andrews' numbers across the board were easily season highs, and he'll likely need to contribute in a similar capacity for the Ravens to emerge with a much-needed win from a Week 4 road matchup against the Chiefs on Sunday.

Lamar Jackson - Impressive production in home loss
Jackson completed 21 of 27 passes for 288 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed seven times for 35 yards in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday nigh...
Impact
Jackson's stat line was practically pristine, with the two-time MVP finishing the night boasting a 148.3 QB rating. However, Jackson wasn't able to help the Ravens keep pace with an aggressive Lions offense that successfully converted two fourth-quarter fourth-down opportunities. Jackson did pad his numbers somewhat on Baltimore's last drive, a possession he capped off with a 27-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews, his second of the night to the veteran tight end. Jackson also connected with Rashod Bateman for a three-yard scoring strike just before halftime, and he'll head into a Week 4 road showdown against Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs with stellar 9:0 TD:INT through his first three game of 2025.

Tyler Loop - Makes lone field-goal try in Week 3
Loop made his only field-goal attempt and converted all three of his extra-point tries in a loss to Detroit on Monday.
Impact
Loop's field goal was a 41-yarder that brought Baltimore to within four points early in the fourth quarter. The rookie kicker knocked through two field goals in each of his first two NFL games, making him a perfect 5-for-5 through three games on the campaign. The prolific Ravens offense may prevent him from racking up field-goal attempts, but he's still scored plenty of points by going 12-for-13 on extra-point tries so far.

Derrick Henry - Critical fumble in home loss
Henry rushed 12 times for 50 yards and a touchdown and brought in his only target for seven yards in the Ravens' 38-30 loss to the Lions on Monday night. He also lost a fumble.
Impact
Henry was coming off a disappointing 11-carry, 23-yard performance against a tough Browns defense, so in that regard, Monday's production was encouraging on the surface. The multi-time Pro Bowler also recorded his third rushing touchdown of the season on a 28-yard run in the first quarter that answered an early Lions touchdown. However, that was easily overshadowed by Henry's second critical fourth-quarter fumble over the first three games of the season, as he was stripped of the ball at his own 22-yard line with 8:31 remaining with Baltimore trying to overcome a 28-24 deficit. Detroit was able to add three more critical points as a result of the highly favorable field position, helping lead to the upset victory. Henry and his teammates won't have much time to dwell on Monday night's outcome, however, as a road trip to Kansas City for a Week 4 showdown with the Chiefs awaits this coming Sunday.
