Returns to Jaguars Wingard re-signed with the Jaguars on Monday, Howard Balzer of SI.com reports.
Impact Wingard has been with the Jaguars since signing with them as an undrafted free agent out of Wyoming in 2019. The 25-year old saw his role increase to full-time starter in 2021, while appearing in 15 games and recording 88 tackles (57 solo), with one sack, a pass defensed and an interception. He'll work to keep his starting free safety role in 2022.
