Injury Report: Steph Curry Expected to Return vs. Suns The Golden State Warriors are getting their superstar back vs. the Phoenix Suns

Officially listed as questionable Curry (shoulder) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Suns.

Impact Although Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reported earlier Monday that Curry is probable for Tuesday's matchup against Phoenix, the 34-year-old is officially listed as questionable on the Warriors' injury report. Regardless of his official designation, he's been making good progress recently, as he took part in practice Friday before going through another full session Monday. He hasn't played since Dec. 14, so if he's given the green light against the Suns, it's possible that his workload is monitored.

Officially probable vs. Suns Curry (shoulder) is listed as probable for Tuesday's game against the Suns, Kendra Andrews of ESPN reports.

Impact Curry took part in practice Friday, went through another full session Monday and now appears to be on track to play for the first time since Dec. 14. If the two-time MVP does play Tuesday, it'll put an end to an 11-game streak of absences due to a left shoulder injury. Given the layoff, it's possible the Warriors could exercise caution with Curry's workload for a game or two, but fantasy managers should feel mostly comfortable locking the star guard into lineups this week. Prior to the injury, Curry was averaging 29.7 points, 7.0 assists, 6.5 rebounds and 5.0 threes over his last 20 games.

Practices again Monday Warriors head coach Steve Kerr confirmed that Curry (shoulder) participated in all portions of practice Monday, including scrimmage work, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Curry, who has been sidelined since suffering a partial dislocation of his left shoulder Dec. 14, resumed practicing with the Warriors this past Friday, going through 5-on-5 work that day. With the veteran point guard experiencing no setbacks coming out of the weekend, he was back on the court again Monday and appears to be closing in on a return to the lineup. Warriors general manager Bob Myers said last week that Curry was targeting a return to action Friday in San Antonio, so Tuesday's matchup with the Suns could mark the 12th and final game that the eight-time All-Star misses due to the injury.
