Inks deal with Phoenix The Suns signed Lee on Tuesday, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.

Impact Lee averaged 5.6 points, 2.9 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 16.3 minutes across 37 games last season with the Pistons. The third-year guard joins Phoenix after the team waived Frank Jackson. Lee will not likely make a major impact for a team with championship aspirations.

Traded to Utah Lee was traded to the Jazz from the Pistons on Thursday along with Kelly Olynyk in exchange for Bojan Bogdanovic, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.

Impact Lee essentially amounts to a throw-in in the deal, but with the Jazz clearly entering a rebuild, it's possible that Utah is a better spot for his development. Even so, the Jazz have several guards ahead of him on the depth chart, so Lee will likely have trouble earning enough minutes to keep him on the fantasy radar in most formats.

Impact Lee has held down a role in the Detroit rotation over the past three games, averaging 8.0 points, 4.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.7 rebounds in 18.7 minutes per contest during that stretch. The Pistons were without at least one of Cade Cunningham, Killian Hayes and Cory Joseph for each of those contests, however, and with the trio expected to be available for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Lee may not have a path to minutes if he rejoins the NBA team.

Impact Lee had his best game in more than two months, taking advantage of what was a favorable situation. Both Jerami Grant and Cade Cunningham were out with injury, while Killian Hayes lasted just 11 minutes before leaving due to a head knock. In the past, Lee has certainly flashed an element of upside, something the Pistons may want to explore a little more down the stretch. With that being said, they continue to roll with Cory Joseph in the starting lineup for some reason, limiting the opportunities for players like Lee. For now, simply add him to your watchlist in case he lands an expanded role to close the season.
