Pacers' Quenton Jackson dilemma is becoming impossible to ignore The Indiana Pacers have a tough Quenton Jackson dilemma on their hands that they need to figure out sooner rather than later.

Notches 21 points in finale Jackson ended with 21 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight assists and three steals across 30 minutes during Sunday's 133-121 loss to the Pistons.
Impact Jackson ended his regular season with a bang as one of three Pacers to eclipse 20 points. Jackson made a total of 49 appearances in 2025-26, averaging 9.1 points, 2.9 assists, 2.3 rebounds and 0.9 three-pointers in 18.3 minutes per contest. He will not be guaranteed a role in 2026-27 with Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) set to return.

Scores 16 points Friday Jackson logged 16 points (6-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one steal over 27 minutes during Friday's 105-94 loss to the 76ers.
Impact Jackson didn't have his best shooting performance, as he needed 15 shots to score 16 points and also drained just 25 percent of his three-pointers, but he still delivered a decent stat line from a fantasy perspective. Jackson has embraced a bigger role in the Pacers' last few games since most of the regulars are being rested or sidelined with minor injuries. He's scored at least 15 points in three of his last five appearances while scoring in double digits in five of seven outings since moving to a starting role back in March 29.

Strong line in win Jackson supplied 12 points (5-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds and seven assists across 26 minutes during Thursday's 123-94 victory over the Nets.
Impact The Pacers sat most of their regulars for the front end of this back-to-back set, allowing Jackson to see extended run. Over his last seven games, he's shooting 50.9 percent from the field with averages of 11.0 points, 4.3 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 22.2 minutes per contest.

Brandon Miller scored 22 points, Kon Knueppel added 20 and the Charlotte Hornets beat the Indiana Pacers 129-108 on Friday night for their eighth victory in 10 games

Busts out for career night Jackson contributed eight points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, six assists and one steal across 17 minutes during Wednesday's 145-126 victory over the Bulls.
Impact Jackson blew up for a career-high 24 points, guiding the Pacers to a rare win. On a night in which he played at least 30 minutes for just the fourth time, Jackson was everywhere on both ends of the floor. However, managers will need to temper expectations moving forward, given that he had played only once in the previous nine games. At best, he could be streamed in to see whether this performance leads to a consistent role down the stretch.

Starting Sunday Jackson is in the starting lineup for Sunday's matchup with Miami, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact Andrew Nembhard, Ethan Thompson, Jalen Slawson and Pascal Siakam will join Jackson in the first unit for Sunday's game. As a starter this season, Jackson owns averages of 9.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 1.1 triples per contest.

Moves out of rotation Monday Jackson (coach's decision) went unused off the bench in Monday's 128-126 win over the Magic.
Impact During Monday's contest, Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle deviated from his recent approach and ran a more streamlined nine-man rotation while handing three of the team's established starters (Pascal Siakam, Andrew Nembhard and Aaron Nesmith) 30-plus minutes apiece. As a result, Jackson and Kobe Brown were squeezed out of the rotation, but both should be able to reclaim roles before long. The 16-56 Pacers have little at stake beyond draft position over their final 10 games, which likely means that players like Siakam, Nembhard and Nesmith could be rested frequently and/or have their minutes pulled back. Aside from missing two contests due to a hamstring injury, Jackson had appeared in each of the Pacers' other nine games in March prior to Monday and averaged 6.4 points, 3.4 assists and 2.4 rebounds in 17.8 minutes.
MARCH 24 • ROTOWIRE
Retreating to bench Monday Jackson is not in the starting lineup for Monday's game against Orlando, Cody Taylor of USA Today reports.
Impact Jackson made a spot start Saturday with Indiana opening with a smaller lineup but will retreat to the bench Monday as the team rolls out a starting lineup of Andrew Nembhard, Aaron Nesmith, Jarace Walker, Pascal Siakam and Jay Huff. Over his past five appearances, Jackson is averaging 7.0 points, 4.0 assists and 2.4 rebounds in 17.4 minutes per contest.
MARCH 23 • ROTOWIRE
Will play Saturday Jackson (calf) is good to go for Saturday's game against the Spurs.
Impact Jackson will play through yet another questionable tag for the Pacers. He's averaging 17.7 minutes per contest over his last five appearances.
MARCH 21 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Saturday Jackson (calf) is questionable for Saturday's game in San Antonio.
Impact Jackson has been listed as questionable the past three games, but he's played in each of those contests. Check back for official word on Jackson closer to Saturday's tipoff.
MARCH 20 • ROTOWIRE
Officially in Jackson (calf) is available for Wednesday's game against Portland.
Impact Jackson will shed a questionable tag in time to face the Trail Blazers. The fourth-year guard is averaging 8.5 points, 2.4 assists and 2.2 rebounds across 17.4 minutes per game this season.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Iffy for Wednesday Jackson (calf) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers.
Impact Jackson remains day-to-day after appearing in the past two games for Indiana. With Wednesday being the second leg of a back-to-back set, the Pacers are considering a maintenance day here.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Good to go Tuesday Jackson (calf) is available for Tuesday's game against the Knicks.
Impact Jackson has been cleared to suit up for a second straight outing following a two-game absence due to a right calf injury. Over six March appearances, the 27-year-old guard has averaged 5.3 points, 3.0 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 17.7 minutes per contest.
MARCH 17 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Tuesday Jackson (calf) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Knicks.
Impact Jackson returned from a two-game absence Sunday but is now iffy for Tuesday's contest due to a right calf strain. He could see an uptick in playing time if active, with Andrew Nembhard (calf), T.J. McConnell (hamstring), Aaron Nesmith (ankle) and Ben Sheppard (ankle) also listed as questionable. However, Kam Jones could be the one to see increased opportunities if Jackson is ultimately ruled out.
MARCH 16 • ROTOWIRE
Playing Sunday after all Jackson (calf) is available for Sunday's game against the Bucks.
Impact Contrary to an earlier report, Jackson has been given the green light to return Sunday from a two-game absence due to a calf strain. His return will bolster a Pacers team that is already without Pascal Siakam (knee), Andrew Nembhard (calf) and Ben Sheppard (ankle). In the nine games prior to his calf injury, Jackson had averaged 9.7 points, 3.1 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 0.9 threes over 21.8 minutes per game.
MARCH 15 • ROTOWIRE
Ruled out for Sunday Jackson (calf) won't play Sunday versus the Bucks, Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star reports.
Impact This will be Jackson's third consecutive game on the inactive list, and for now, he should be considered questionable at best for Tuesday's meeting with the Knicks. Kam Jones will have the opportunity for some extended minutes with Jackson out.
MARCH 15 • ROTOWIRE
Chance to return Sunday Jackson (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bucks.
Impact Jackson has missed the Pacers' last two games due to right calf soreness, though there's a chance that he could suit up for Sunday's road contest. He's averaged 21.8 minutes per game since the All-Star break, and if Jackson is unable to play, then those minutes would be absorbed by the likes of Kam Jones and Ben Sheppard.
MARCH 14 • ROTOWIRE
Out for Friday Jackson (calf) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Knicks.
Impact This will be the second straight game on the sidelines for Jackson, which should result in extended minutes for Taelon Peter. Jackson's next chance to play will come Sunday in Milwaukee.
MARCH 13 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Friday Jackson (calf) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Knicks.
Impact Jackson has been listed as questionable for the second half of Indiana's back-to-back as he continues to work through right calf soreness. After missing Thursday's loss to Phoenix, his improved status suggests the team is holding out hope he can return for tonight's matchup against New York. With Andrew Nembhard (back/neck) also questionable and Indiana on an 11-game losing streak, Jackson's availability would provide a much-needed offensive spark for a depleted backcourt.
MARCH 13 • ROTOWIRE
Downgraded to out Jackson is out for Thursday's game against Phoenix due to right calf soreness.
Impact Jackson can be considered day-to-day, with a quick turnaround on the horizon Friday versus the Knicks. With several Pacers still up in the air for Thursday, Ben Sheppard is lined up for a significant role in the backcourt against the Suns.
