Anfernee Simons - Aggravates ankle injury Simons won't return to Wednesday's game against the Pelicans due to a right ankle sprain.
Impact After being diagnosed with a Grade 2 ankle sprain following his early exit from a Feb. 14 loss to the Wizards, Simons missed just three games before he was surprisingly cleared to play Wednesday. However, it didn't take long for Simons to aggravate the injury, as he exited Wednesday's game in the third quarter and finished with four points (2-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt), three rebounds and one assist in 20 minutes. Even if the setback doesn't prove to be too significant, the Trail Blazers are likely to take a cautious approach with Simons, who may not be ready to play in the team's next game Friday in Atlanta.

Cam Reddish - Coming off bench Reddish will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans, Sean Highkin of RoseGardenReport.com reports.
Impact Anfernee Simons (ankle) is making his return to the floor, so Reddish will shift back to the second unit and operate in a sixth-man role. The first unit for Portland will be comprised of Damian Lillard, Simons, Matisse Thybulle, Jerami Grant and Drew Eubanks.
