Doug McDermott - Logs 20 minutes in preseason finale McDermott (wrist) suited up and posted 11 points (3-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), a rebound and an assist over 20 minutes off the bench Thursday versus the Thunder.
Impact McDermott has appeared off the bench every game this preseason, while Jeremy Sochan has started each of the last three. This change may suggest the rookie has supplanted McDermott as a starter heading into 2022-23, but McDermott should still supply plenty of scoring off the bench. On a positive note, McDermott's wrist injury that surfaced during Tuesday's game against Utah appears to be a non-issue heading into the regular-season opener.

Kenrich Williams - Misses preseason finale Williams (groin) didn't see the floor in Thursday's preseason finale against the T-Wolves.
Impact Williams has dealt with a right groin strain of late, leaving him unavailable for the last pair of preseason games. If he's healthy for the start of the regular season next week, Williams should slot into a bench role in the Thunder's frontcourt.

Impact Gilgeous-Alexander's status for the start of 2022-23 was in question entering camp, so it's no surprise that he has been held out for the entire preseason. Even if he manages to suit up for the opener against the Timberwolves next week, SGA could be on a minutes limit, given all of the time he's missed.
