Wenyen Gabriel - Inks two-way deal Gabriel agreed Monday with the Lakers on a two-way contract, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Impact Gabriel has appeared in seven NBA games between the Nets and Clippers this season, averaging 2.0 points and 2.1 rebounds in 6.7 minutes. He's also spent 10 games in the G League with the Wisconsin Herd, putting up 16.8 points per game to go with 8.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists and 2.1 blocks in 28.3 minutes. Gabriel will provide Los Angeles with some depth in the frontcourt following the release of DeAndre Jordan, though he's unlikely to be included in head coach Frank Vogel's regular rotation.
