Impact Wade hasn't played since Dec. 2 due to a left shoulder sprain and recently suffered a minor setback in his recovery, but he appears to have resumed at least some on-court work. However, because Wade isn't yet taking part in full-contact, 5-on-5 scrimmaging, he appears likely to sit out the Cavaliers' remaining three games this week. His continued absence has opened up more playing time at forward for Isaac Okoro, who has settled into a starting role alongside guards Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell (groin).

Though the Cavaliers aren't yet ruling Mitchell out for Wednesday's game, he'll have to make the trip to Memphis and presumably take part in the team's morning shootaround that day without any major issues in order to get cleared to play. If Mitchell is out Wednesday, the Cavaliers are likely to turn to an assortment of players to fill his minutes, with all of Caris LeVert, Lamar Stevens, Cedi Osman and Isaac Okoro being candidates to pick up additional run.

If MItchell isn't available for Wednesday's game in Memphis, point guard Darius Garland would likely benefit from heightened usage, and more minutes would be available for wing players like Caris LeVert, Lamar Stevens, Cedi Osman and Isaac Okoro.
