Natisha Hiedeman - Plays well in limited minutes Hiedeman contributed eight points (3-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), four assists and two steals in 15 minutes during Sunday's 86-75 win over the Valkyries.
Impact Hiedeman's role with the Lynx has been pretty volatile, but she's had a terrific impact off the bench. In seven appearances, she's shooting 50.0 percent from the field with averages of 7.4 points, 3.0 assists, 1.9 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 19.1 minutes.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Karlie Samuelson - Quiet in 13 minutes Samuelson accumulated three points (1-4 FG, 1-3 3Pt), one rebound and one assist over 13 minutes during Sunday's 86-75 victory over the Valkyries.
Impact With the Lynx mostly healthy again, Samuelson's minutes are trending in the wrong direction. She's appeared in seven games this season, posting averages of 5.0 points, 2.1 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.0 three-pointers in 18.7 minutes.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Alissa Pili - Held scoreless in win Pili amassed zero points (0-1 FG) and two rebounds in three minutes during Sunday's 86-75 victory over the Valkyries.
Impact Pili has been a fringe rotation player for the Lynx and continues to face an uphill battle for playing time. Through five games, she's averaging 0.6 points, 1.4 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 5.0 minutes.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Lakers point guard predicted to leave Los Angeles for Pelicans via three-team trade | Sporting News The Los Angeles Lakers could complete a beneficial blockbuster deal this summer.
JUNE 2 • SPORTINGNEWS.COM
Courtney Williams - Busy from behind arc Williams accumulated 20 points (8-17 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, five assists and two steals over 26 minutes during Sunday's 86-75 win over the Valkyries.
Impact Williams led the Lynx with three successful makes on three-pointers, and she was one of four Minnesota starters to knock down at least two three-pointers. She has double-digit point totals in three in a row, and six of seven games to date. She is also working on a streak of six straight appearances with five or more rebounds.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Kayla McBride - Fills up stat sheet in road victory McBride finished with 16 points (6-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), six rebounds, three assists and one steal over 33 minutes during Sunday's 86-75 victory over Golden State.
Impact McBride did a little bit of everything in the road victory, and she was one of four starters to go for at least two three-pointers. She has gone for at least 15 points in all three games, while averaging 3.4 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. She has averaged 3.0 turnovers per game, and she has just a single personal four in three appearances.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Double-doubles in win Collier totalled 24 points (8-18 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-7 FT), 11 rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block across 36 minutes during Sunday's 86-75 win over the Valkyries.
Impact Collier had another impressive performance in her return from a knee injury, posting game-highs in scoring and rebounds. She has now recorded 23 or more points in five of six games this season and has put together three straight double-doubles. On top of her high-level scoring and rebounding, Collier has been producing on the defensive end, recording at least two steals and one block in five consecutive outings.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Jessica Shepard - Back to bench Shepard will come off the bench during Sunday's game against the Valkyries.
Impact Shepard got a spot start Friday against the Mercury due to Nepheesa Collier being out of the lineup with a knee injury, but she will return to the bench Sunday. In four games in a reserve role this season, Shepard has averaged 7.8 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 22.0 minutes per contest.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Available against Valkyries Collier (knee) will play in Sunday's game against the Valkyries.
Impact Collier will return to the lineup after missing Friday's game against the Mercury due to a knee injury. The star forward has been on a tear to open up the 2025 campaign, averaging 26.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.4 blocks in 35.4 minutes per game across five appearances.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Probable for Sunday Collier (knee) has been upgraded to probable for Sunday's game against the Valkyries, Grant Afseth of DALHoopsJournal reports.
Impact Collier is now likely to suit up Sunday after missing Friday's contest with a knee injury. Collier's status is seemingly still reliant upon how she feels during pregame warmups, but the star forward seems to be trending towards playing.
JUNE 2 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Game-time decision Sunday Collier (knee) will go through warmups to determine her playing status for Sunday's game against the Valkyries, Kendra Andrews of ESPN reports.
Impact Collier missed Friday's contest against the Mercury and is in jeopardy of missing Sunday's bout against Golden State due to a knee injury. Head coach Cheryl Reeve indicated Collier will go through warmups to determine whether she will be able to play. If she is unavailable, Jessica Shepard figures to get the start once again, while Diamond Miller and Karlie Samuelson could see increased roles as well.
JUNE 1 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Questionable to play Sunday Collier (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Valkyries, Mitchell Hansen of CanisHoopus.com reports.
Impact Collier missed Friday's 74-71 win over the Mercury, and the questionable tag suggests a decision on her status will be made closer to Sunday's tipoff. The star forward is enjoying an excellent start to the campaign and is averaging 26.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.4 blocks per game this season.

Alanna Smith - Scores 19 points in win Smith posted 19 points (8-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds and four blocks across 34 minutes during Friday's 74-71 victory over Phoenix.
Impact Kayla McBride led the way for the Lynx in this win, but Smith's contributions can't be overlooked. She was one of several players who also posted decent stat lines, as Minnesota had a collective effort not only to secure the win but also to mask the absence of Napheesa Collier (knee). Smith has surpassed the 15-point plateau in three of her five outings this season.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Jessica Shepard - Nears double-double in spot start Shepard finished Friday's 74-71 victory over the Mercury with eight points (3-6 FG, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds and two assists in 36 minutes.
Impact Shepard got the start instead of Napheesa Collier (knee) and delivered a solid output, ending just two points shy of a double-double. She wasn't expected to recreate either the impact or the numbers of Collier, arguably one of the best players in the league, but she was serviceable. Shepard could remain in the starting lineup if Collier is unable to play Sunday against the Valkyries.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Kayla McBride - Carries Minnesota to victory McBride recorded 20 points (4-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 9-9 FT), three rebounds, four assists and a steal across 35 minutes in Friday's 74-71 win over the Mercury.
Impact The Lynx had to deal with the absence of Napheesa Collier (knee) for this game, but McBride was one of several players who stepped up to extend the team's undefeated start to the campaign. This was McBride's second outing of the season, but she's been solid thus far, racking up a total of 35 points, four rebounds, seven assists and three steals in her first two outings of the campaign. McBride should be one of Minnesota's go-to options on offense going forward, and she should only get better as she continues to log minutes under her belt. She missed Minnesota's first four games of the campaign due to personal reasons.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Jessica Shepard - Starting in place of Collier Shepard is in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Mercury, Kent Youngblood of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
Impact The Lynx will be without Napheesa Collier (knee) for this match, and Shepard will have the daunting task of replacing her. Shepard has scored in double digits in three of her five outings this season. In her lone start of 2025, she posted 15 points, eight rebounds and three assists in the season-opening win over the Wings on May 16.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Ruled out Friday Collier (knee) is out for Friday's game against the Mercury, Mitchell Hansen of CanisHoopus.com reports.
Impact Collier was downgraded to doubtful earlier Friday, but in the end, the star won't suit up for the Lynx in this huge matchup. Jessica Shepard, Diamond Miller and Karlie Samuelson are candidates to see their playing times due to the absence of the star forward, who's averaging 26.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.4 steals and 1.4 blocks per game this season.
MAY 31 • ROTOWIRE
Napheesa Collier - Downgraded to doubtful Collier (knee) has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Friday's game against the Mercury, Meghan L. Hall of USA Today reports.
Impact Collier is working through a knee injury that she may have picked up during Tuesday's win over the Storm. She was initially listed as questionable for Friday's game, but it appears the injury is severe enough for her that she is now unlikely to suit up against Phoenix. Jessica Shepard, Diamond Miller and Karlie Samuelson are candidates to see their playing times increase if Collier is officially ruled out.
