Impact Edwards was a game-time decision with the knee injury after posting 17 points (7-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists and four steals across 32 minutes during Monday's win over Cleveland, and he won't be suiting up for Tuesday's contest. He'll have a couple of days to rest up before Minnesota's next game Friday at Oklahoma City. Jaden McDaniels will start in his place for the Timberwolves.

Darius Garland - Listed questionable for Wednesday Garland (back) is officially listed as questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Hornets.
Impact Cavaliers head coach J.B. Bickerstaff said Monday that Garland is "starting to ramp back up" and is considered day-to-day. The All-Star point guard has missed three straight games and eight of Cleveland's last 11 contests due to low-back soreness, but the Cavaliers continue to insist that it's not a long-term issue. If he's sidelined again Wednesday, Brandon Goodwin remains a likely candidate for an increased role.

Impact Wright hasn't played since Jan. 23 due to a left UCL injury. The undrafted rookie out of Colorado has only appeared in three games this season, so his prolonged absence hasn't impacted Minnesota's rotation. The Timberwolves released a statement Tuesday saying that the backup point guard has been cleared for contact practices and will be evaluated Sunday.
