Inefficient in loss Strus finished with 15 points (6-16 FG, 3-10 3Pt), two rebounds and four assists across 33 minutes during Friday's 110-108 loss to the Hawks.

Impact Strus came into the contest probable with a right knee contusion but didn't appear to be limited as he scored in double figures for the seventh time in his last eight games. During that stretch, he's averaged 14.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 26.1 minutes. As long as Kyle Lowry (personal) and Tyler Herro (COVID-19) are sidelined, Strus will likely garner enough playing time to make him at least worthy of fantasy consideration -- even if he's operating off the bench.

His role remains somewhat unclear, but it does appear as though the coaching staff is at least toying with the idea of leaving him in the starting five. Duncan Robinson has been highly inconsistent thus far this season, and the thought process could be that by bringing him off the bench, he can start to get his legs back under him. Regardless of his role, Strus is more of a streaming option when the Heat are fully healthy.
