Impact Caldwell-Pope was one of several Lakers regulars carrying a probable designation heading into Thursday night. The veteran will move into what could be a permanent starting role, as the Lakers will be without Avery Bradley (personal) for the remainder of the season.

Impact Caldwell-Pope presumably suffered the injury during the Lakers' final scrimmage. That said, it shouldn't keep him out of the team's first seeding game. With Avery Bradley (personal) and Rajon Rondo (hand) sidelined, KCP could be in line for extended run. In the 11 games this season that he's garnered at least 30 minutes, he's averaged 13.1 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.6 steals.

Impact Green didn't produce much in this one, while Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Kyle Kuzma went off for 17 and 25 points respectively. Green typically doesn't turn in the most impressive counting stats, but once the playoffs begin he's likely to earn the most minutes along the wing as the team's most capable and consistent 3-and-D player.

Impact Caldwell-Pope has started both of the team's first two scrimmages since the restart. He has taken the starting spot of Avery Bradley (personal), who is out for the remainder of the season. Caldwell-Pope will have to continue to play well in order to hold off the likes of J.R. Smith and Dion Waiters from eating into his minutes. Nevertheless, Caldwell-Pope has been a steady contributor for the vast majority of the season and offers better two-way play than the aforementioned recent pickups.
