Ruled out for Sunday
Williams (Achilles) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Phoenix.
Impact
Williams will miss Sunday's regular-season finale due to right Achilles tendinitis, marking his second consecutive absence. However, the issue appears unlikely to carry into the postseason, as the Thunder are listing 10 players out for Sunday. The big man will finish the 2025-26 regular season with averages of 7.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.6 blocks and 0.5 steals in 19.6 minutes per tilt across 65 regular-season games (11 starts).

Ruled out for Friday
Williams is out for Friday's game against the Nuggets due to right Achilles tendinitis, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Impact
This appears to be an attempt to get Williams and several other key contributors some rest ahead of a postseason push. There should be plenty of minutes available for Aaron Wiggins, Brooks Barnhizer, Kenrich Williams and Branden Carlson in the frontcourt Friday night as a result.

Strong defensive effort in OT win
Williams provided three points (1-6 FG, 1-5 3Pt), 13 rebounds, two assists and three blocks over 32 minutes off the bench during Monday's 114-110 overtime victory over Detroit.
Impact
All 13 boards came at the defensive end of the court, while the three rejections were his best performance at the rim since Feb. 11. Williams has pulled down double-digit rebounds in five of the last 14 games (two starts), averaging 9.4 points, 7.4 boards, 2.4 threes, 2.2 assists and 1.0 combined steals and blocks in 21.6 minutes over that stretch.

Double-doubles off bench
Williams closed Friday's 131-113 win over the Bulls with 12 points (4-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, two blocks and two steals in 19 minutes.
Impact
Williams was one of the players who benefited directly from the absence of Chet Holmgren (hip), and he responded by posting a double-double -- his first since March 9 -- and leaving his mark on the defensive end. This was the third time in which he recorded at least four steals-plus-blocks, and his contributions from the second unit have been massive for the Thunder, making him a valuable streaming option in most formats due to his ability to impact both ends of the court. Williams is in the midst of a career-best season and is averaging 7.5 points and 5.5 rebounds per game, but those numbers increase considerably if analyzing what he's done after the All-Star break. In 18 games in that span, he's averaging 10.3 points and 6.9 boards per game while shooting 50 percent from three-point range.

Buries five triples
Williams posted 18 points (6-8 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), eight rebounds, four assists and one block across 19 minutes during Monday's 123-103 victory over the 76ers.
Impact
Williams was active from deep, knocking down a team-high five triples in a blowout victory. The Arkansas product has now made five-plus threes in four contests this season, with three of those performances coming over his past 12 games. Williams isn't relied on as a major offensive contributor for the Thunder, but he's proven capable of providing a spark off the bench and logging quality minutes when called upon.

Ejected Saturday
Williams was ejected from Saturday's game against Washington, per Andrew Schlecht of The Athletic.
Impact
After a scuffle near the end of the second quarter, Williams, along with Ajay Mitchell, Cason Wallace and Justin Champagnie were ejected from the contest. The 23-year-old went scoreless (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-0) with four rebounds and one block in nine minutes of action.
