Jamal Cain News, Rumors, Updates - Orlando Magic

Scoreless off bench Cain logged zero points (0-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt) over 14 minutes during Wednesday's 132-125 loss to the Hawks.

Impact Cain received a modest opportunity off Orlando's bench but failed to make an impact, going scoreless without recording a rebound, assist, steal or block. He'll likely need to earn a larger role before becoming relevant outside the deepest fantasy formats.

Supplies 15 points in win Cain posted 15 points (6-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt), two rebounds and an assist across 22 minutes in Wednesday's 122-118 preseason win over the Grizzlies.

Impact Cain made a strong first impression with a great total off the bench. After spending most of last season on a two-way deal before converting to a standard contract in March, he's using the preseason to earn a spot in the regular rotation.

Goes for season-high 20 points Cain totaled 20 points (9-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 25 minutes during Friday's 127-103 victory over the Bulls.

Impact Cain scored a season-high 20 points, albeit against an opponent that seemingly gave up before the game even started. Although Cain has been able to carve out a spot in the rotation, this performance should be viewed as more of an outlier, given that he had scored single digits in the previous four games.
