Impact McDaniels has been an important part of the Wolves' defensive gameplan. He's started 31 games this season, with averages of 8.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.1 blocks in those games. At best, it sounds like he could return at the end of the month, but fantasy managers should be prepared for the forward to miss time into April, possibly bumping up against the postseason. While McDaniels is shelved, more minutes will be in store for Jarred Vanderbilt (quadriceps), Taurean Prince and other forwards.

Even if Vanderbilt retains his spot on the top unit moving forward, McDaniels should continue to split minutes with him at power forward and remain relevant in at least 14-team leagues and deeper.
