Nabs double-double in loss
Hartenstein recorded 13 points (5-7 FG, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 24 minutes during Thursday's 117-102 loss to San Antonio.
Impact
The double-double was his eighth of the season and first since Nov. 15, and Hartenstein has recorded either double-digit points or boards, but not both at the same time, in eight straight games since then while dealing with a calf issue. The 27-year-old center also played two straight games for the first time since late November, suggesting he might be close to getting back in form.

Absent from injury report
Hartenstein (calf) is off the injury report for Tuesday's game against the Spurs.
Impact
Hartenstein is good to go for the second half of Oklahoma City's back-to-back set. For the campaign, Hartenstein has averaged 11.6 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.2 steals in 27.4 minutes per contest through 21 games. Branden Carlson should head to the bench Tuesday,

Ruled out for Monday
Hartenstein won't suit up for Monday's matchup with Memphis due to right soleus soreness.
Impact
Monday's game will be the first of a back-to-back set, so Hartenstein will take the night off and with Chet Holmgren (back) being listed as questionable, the Thunder could be thin up front Monday evening. Hartenstein's absence should open up minutes for Kenrich Williams and Brenden Carlson.

Returns with poor scoring result
Hartenstein finished Friday's 112-107 loss to the Timberwolves with one point (0-2 FG, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds and one block in 28 minutes.
Impact
Although Hartenstein's work off the glass was sufficient, he was limited to just one point in the defeat. Rudy Gobert and Julius Randle were very effective under the basket, denying Hartenstein putback opportunities from offensive boards. The Thunder's inability to dominate inside was their undoing. The team will hope for a better result from Hartenstein on Monday against the Grizzlies.

Back in action Friday
Hartenstein (calf, rest) will be available for Friday's game against Minnesota.
Impact
As expected, Hartenstein is no longer on the injury report after getting the night off for maintenance Thursday against the Clippers. The big man is averaging a double-double this season with 12.1 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.2 steals per game.

Won't play Thursday
Hartenstein (rest) won't play Thursday against the Clippers.
Impact
Hartenstein will be held out of the first leg of a back-to-back for injury management purposes, but he should be back in action Friday in Minnesota. Chet Holmgren will spend more time at center Thursday with Hartenstein watching from the sidelines, and there will be more minutes available for Kenrich Williams and Ousmane Dieng.

Serviceable in return
Hartenstein logged 10 points (5-9 FG), nine rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 20 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to the Spurs.
Impact
Hartenstein returned from a six-game absence as a result of a calf injury, moving straight into the starting lineup. He was limited to just 20 minutes, likely part of his return-to-action plan. In 20 games thus far, Hartenstein is averaging 12.1 points, 10.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 combined steals and blocks, good enough for borderline top 50 value. While these numbers may take a hit following the recent return of Jalen Williams, Hartenstein should be able to continue flirting with top 70 value the rest of the way.

Will be available Saturday
Hartenstein (calf) is not on the injury report and will be available for Saturday's game against the Spurs.
Impact
Hartenstein will be available after a six-game absence due to a right soleus strain, and the big man should slot into the starting lineup right away. His return also means the Thunder will have their best starting lineup for the first time this season. Hartenstein's return means Jaylin Williams should see a dip in his minutes, whereas Jalen Williams should move to the three and Chet Holmgren will likely slide to the four.

Listed out for Wednesday
Hartenstein (calf) is out for Wednesday's game against the Suns.
Impact
The Thunder are expected to re-evaluate Hartenstein in the near future, but the 27-year-old center isn't ready for game action. For the moment, Oklahoma City doesn't have another contest on tap until Dec. 17 against the Clippers. Jaylin Williams should hang onto meaningful minutes for the time being.

Will be re-evaluated in 10-14 days
Hartenstein sustained a right soleus strain and will be re-evaluated in 10-to-14 days, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Impact
Hartenstein was a late scratch ahead of Friday's win over Phoenix and will now miss an extended period due to the soleus strain. With the big man sidelined, Jaylin Williams and Kenrich Williams are candidates for increased minutes. Across 19 regular-season appearances thus far, Hartenstein has averaged 12.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.3 steals in 27.8 minutes per contest.

Won't play Friday
Hartenstein won't play in Friday's game against the Suns due to right ankle soreness.
Impact
Hartenstein was a late addition to the injury report and will be held out of this contest. Because he's dealing with soreness, he can be considered day-to-day for the time being. With Hartenstein sidelined, Jaylin Williams could see a bump in minutes Friday.

Nets 15 points with seven boards
Hartenstein had 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 28 minutes during Wednesday's 113-105 win over the Timberwolves.
Impact
Hartenstein was held to just seven points on 3-for-9 shooting in his previous outing, so it was nice to see him come through with a more efficient scoring performance. The big man is flirting with top-50 value on the year behind averages of 12.2 points, 10.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals per contest, although some of these numbers could dip a bit once Jalen Williams (wrist) works his way back to the court.

Pulls down 14 rebounds Sunday
Hartenstein provided seven points (3-9 FG, 1-2 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 22 minutes during Sunday's 122-95 win over Portland.
Impact
Hartenstein has gone four straight games without a double-double, his longest streak of the season, but he's been alternating double-digit points and double-digit rebounds over that span. The big man remains a productive player for the Thunder even if his scoring numbers have been a bit inconsistent. He's averaging 12.9 points and 10.8 rebounds per game since the beginning of November, so fantasy managers should continue to trust in what he can do on a regular basis.
