Impact Sengun had a very efficient night for Houston, helping the Rockets secure their first win of the campaign to improve to 1-2 on the season. Sengun has been Houston's best fantasy producer thus far, posting averages of 25.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 6.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.3 three-pointers on 45.3 percent shooting from the field and 84.6 percent from the line.

Clint Capela - Productive in 14 minutes Capela logged eight points (4-4 FG), one rebound and two blocks over 14 minutes during Monday's 137-109 victory over the Nets.
Impact Capela continues to see a minor role in the frontcourt to open the season. Both Steven Adams and Capela were brought off the bench Monday, as the Rockets opted for a smaller starting lineup with Josh Okogie getting the nod. As long as Alperen Sengun and Adams are healthy, Capela won't have a big runway for fantasy value.

Jae'Sean Tate - Healthy again, but outside rotation Tate (ankle) played the final 7:14 of Monday's 137-109 win over the Nets, finishing with four points (2-3 FG), one rebound and one steal.
Impact Tate sat out the Rockets' season-opening loss to the Thunder last Tuesday while completing his recovery from the ankle injury he sustained in the 2025 postseason, but he was cleared to play ahead of Friday's matchup with the Pistons. He went unused in the Rockets' narrow four-point loss to Detroit, but Monday's blowout win afforded Tate some run in garbage time. Though the 30-year-old is a quality defender who's capable filling in at multiple positions, he's unlikely to be a regular part of the rotation in 2025-26 while the Rockets are reasonably healthy.

Impact Smith put up limited shot attempts but still finished as one of seven Rockets players to score in double figures. The 22-year-old forward also tied Josh Okogie for the game-high mark in steals. Through three regular-season outings, Smith is averaging 12.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 35.3 minutes per game.

Reed Sheppard - Dishes out eight assists in win Sheppard ended with 15 points (6-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt), eight assists, four rebounds and one steal in 24 minutes during Monday's 137-109 victory over the Nets.
Impact After shooting just 27.3 percent from the field in Houston's first two regular-season games, Sheppard provided a spark off the bench and was one of seven Rockets players to score in double figures. The second-year guard also tied Amen Thompson for the team lead in assists. Sheppard has logged at least 20 minutes in all three of Houston's games so far. While the 21-year-old isn't guaranteed a starting role, he should continue to see ample playing time with Fred VanVleet (knee) on the shelf.

Impact After totaling seven points on 3-of-11 shooting in 50 minutes over Houston's first two games, Eason bounced back against Brooklyn. The 24-year-old forward led the Rockets in scoring while knocking down a game-high five three-pointers. He should continue to see significant minutes off the bench thanks to his ability to contribute on both ends of the floor.

Impact Adams started Houston's first two games of the season, but he'll head to the bench on Monday, with the Rockets opting to go small.
