Leaky Black - Out again Thursday Black (ankle) will remain on the inactive list for Thursday's game versus the Pistons.
Impact This will be Black's fourth consecutive game on the inactive list, and it's not a great sign that he continues to be ruled out a full 24 hours in advance of tipoff. Until the Wizards provide a meaningful update on where Black is in his rehab, he should be viewed as week-to-week.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Bilal Coulibaly - Tabbed questionable for Thursday Coulibaly (heel) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Detroit.
Impact Coulibaly missed the tail end of the Wizards' back-to-back set Tuesday, and he's at risk of missing Thursday's contest due to the same right heel issue. The third year forward's absence Tuesday allowed for Justin Champagnie to step into the starting lineup.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Trae Young - Ruled out for Thursday Young (quad) won't play Thursday versus the Pistons.
Impact This will be Young's second straight game on the sidelines, and with Saturday's game versus the Thunder being the first of a back-to-back, it seems likely that Young will miss at least one more game. Bub Carrington should continue to start while Young is out, and there will be more minutes available for Jaden Hardy.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Alex Sarr - Iffy for Thursday Sarr (toe) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Pistons.
Impact Sarr is nursing a left toe injury and is in danger of missing a third consecutive contest. If the second-year big man is unable to give it a go Thursday, the Wizards would likely divvy up the center minutes among Anthony Gill, Tristan Vukcevic and Justin Champagnie.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Cade Cunningham - Ruled out for Thursday Cunningham is out for Thursday's game versus the Wizards with a left back contusion.
Impact Cunningham left Tuesday's win over Washington with the issue, and he was unable to practice Wednesday. It's worth noting Thursday is the front end of Detroit's back-to-back, so the team could be exercising caution with their franchise centerpiece. The Pistons have typically turned to Daniss Jenkins to fill the void in the first unit in Cunningham's previous absences, with Jenkins averaging 14.8 points, 7.0 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 31.4 minutes per tilt across eight games as a starter this season.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Duncan Robinson - Limited impact in win Robinson registered eight points (3-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and three assists in 26 minutes during Tuesday's 130-117 win over the Wizards.
Impact Robinson remains a key part of Detroit's rotation, but his overall fantasy impact has been fairly limited. Over his last eight games, he's averaging 10.8 points, 2.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.1 three-pointers in 23.6 minutes per contest.
MARCH 18 • ROTOWIRE
Kevin Huerter - Tame effort in win Huerter provided four points (2-7 FG, 0-5 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 130-117 win over the Wizards.
Impact Huerter continues to play a very modest role off the Detroit bench. Over his last eight games, he's averaging 7.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 three-pointers in 20.3 minutes per contest.
