Lamar Stevens - Starting Sunday Stevens will start Sunday's game against Charlotte, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Impact Stevens hasn't started since Jan. 2 but will join the starting lineup Sunday with Jarrett Allen (eye) sidelined. Over 18 starts this year, Stevens has averaged 7.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 25.8 minutes per game.

Impact Garland will be returning from a one-game stint on the sidelines, which should result in Caris LeVert heading back to the second unit where his minutes will likely return to the mid-20s. The Cavs have not indicated that Garland will face any sort of restrictions Sunday.

Impact As expected, Allen has been ruled out due to an eye contusion, but he's reportedly avoided a serious injury and should be able to suit up again soon. His next chance to do so will arrive Tuesday in a rematch with Charlotte. In Allen's absence, Lamar Stevens will enter the starting lineup at power forward, with Evan Mobley shifting to center.

Impact Allen suffered an eye contusion in the fourth quarter of Friday's loss to the Heat and looks set to miss at least one game because of the injury. Unless Allen makes significant improvement in his recovery closer to Sunday's 5 p.m. ET opening tip, Evan Mobley will likely slide over to center, potentially opening up a spot in the starting five for Cedi Osman, Lamar Stevens or Dean Wade.

Impact Garland missed Friday's loss against the Heat but has a shot at playing Sunday, though his availability will be determined closer to the 5 p.m. ET tip-off. Garland is averaging 23.6 points and 7.6 assists per game across seven appearances following the All-Star break, and if he can't go Sunday, then Caris LeVert could be in line for another start.

Impact Okoro has been playing well recently, answering the call of late in Cleveland's pursuit of a reliable starting small forward.
