Sam Merrill - Inks multi-year deal with Cleveland The Cavaliers are expected to sign Merrill to a multi-year contract Tuesday, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Impact Merrill's 10-day contract expired Monday, and he made just one four-minute appearance across five games during his initial stint with the team. Despite his limited playing time, Merrill still earned a sizable promotion, and while the parameters of the deal haven't been disclosed, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com expects the Utah State product's contract to be similar to the three-year deals Lamar Stevens and Dean Wade received from Cleveland over the last two years.

Jarrett Allen - Out Tuesday Allen (eye) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game in Charlotte, Kelsey Russo of The Athletic reports.
Impact Tuesday will mark the second straight game on the sidelines for Allen, which should result in another start for Lamar Stevens with Evan Mobley getting all the run he can handle. Unfortunately, the Cavs have a quick turnaround for the next game with a matchup against the 76ers on Wednesday, so Allen could miss that one as well. Managers in weekly leagues may want to consider benching Allen, as the Cavs only have three games on their schedule.

Impact Rubio logged 20 minutes Sunday, the third straight game in which he has reached that plateau. While his 11 points were unexpected, he was not able to deliver across his usual categories, notching one assist and zero steals. At this point, Rubio should be viewed as nothing more than a streaming consideration, even in deeper formats.

Impact Garland led all scorers with 28 points, returning from a one-game absence as a result of a quadriceps injury. He also led the team with six assists, rounding out what was a solid performance, coming at a key time for managers. The Cavaliers would love to hold onto a top-four seed, ensuring a home playoff series. With that in mind, Garland should be busy down the stretch, providing strong value for managers in the fantasy playoffs.
