Working out at practice Braun (ankle) was spotted doing some training off to the side during Saturday's practice, Brendan Vogt of TheDNVR.com reports.

Impact Braun still hasn't been cleared for oncourt activities, but it's promising to see that he's making progress towards a return. It was reported in mid-November that he would be re-evaluated in six weeks, so he's likely only a few weeks away from another concrete update from the team.

To be re-evaluated in six weeks Christian Braun (ankle) will be re-evaluated in six weeks after suffering a left ankle sprain during Wednesday's win over the Clippers, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Impact Re-evaluated does not mean "will return," so Braun is looking at a lengthy timetable here as he recovers from a severely sprained ankle. Tim Hardaway started the second half of Wednesday's game after Braun went down, so he should see a boost in Braun's absence, and there will also be more minutes available for Bruce Brown and Julian Strawther. Through the first 11 games of the season, Braun ranked outside the top-150 with averages of 11.4 points and 2.9 assists, so he's not worth holding through this injury in most leagues.

Impact Braun suffered an ankle injury during the contest and unsuccessfully attempted to play through the issue before heading back to the locker room. He's now been ruled out the rest of the way, which should open up more opportunities for Spencer Jones, Bruce Brown and Tim Hardaway. His next chance to play will come Saturday against Minnesota.

Impact Braun tweaked his ankle earlier in the game and attempted to play through the injury. However, he seemingly wasn't able to shake the injury and is now questionable to return. Braun tallied six points (2-2 FG, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and four assists across 16 minutes before exiting the game the second time.

Modest start continues Braun produced 12 points (4-7 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, one assist and one steal in 30 minutes during Tuesday's 122-108 victory over the Kings.

Impact Braun's modest start to the season continued Monday, having now scored more than 12 points only three times in the first 10 games. Despite having a consistent role, it's been tough sledding for Braun, averaging just 11.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and 0.9 steals in 30.9 minutes per game. The current roster construction lmiits his overall upside, making it tough to consider him a must-roster player.

Impact Braun eclipsed 20 points for the second time this campaign and produced arguably his best game of the young season. He's still waiting to find his rhythm from beyond the arc, however. During the 2024-25 regular season, Braun knocked down 1.1 triples per game at a 39.7 percent clip. But through the opening six games, he's hitting just 0.5 attempts per game at a 21.4 percent mark.
