Heading to Brooklyn
The Celtics traded Minott to the Nets on Thursday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Impact
Minott signed a two-year, $4.96 million deal with Boston this past offseason, including a team option for 2026-27. However, he'll now join Brooklyn and provide frontcourt depth for the rebuilding club. Minott fell out of favor in Boston and had appeared in just four games since Jan. 5. Over 33 regular-season outings (10 starts) for Boston, the forward averaged 5.8 points and 3.6 rebounds across 15.9 minutes per tilt.

Heading to Brooklyn
The Nuggets are trading Tyson and a 2032 second-round pick to the Nets for a 2026 second-rounder, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Impact
The move sets Tyson up for a fresh start in Brooklyn. The 2023 second-rounder is averaging just 7.7 minutes per game over 21 appearances with Denver, playing at least 20 minutes on just two occasions in 2025-26. Tyson doesn't figure to handle a significant role right off the bat, but he at least has a better chance of carving out decent minutes in Brooklyn than he did with the Nuggets.

Traded to Brooklyn
The Raptors traded Agbaji to Brooklyn on Tuesday in a three-team trade, Shams Charania of ESPN reports. The Clippers flipped Chris Paul to Toronto, while a 2032 second-round pick a...
Impact
Agbaji was frequently mentioned in the rumor mill prior to this move. The 25-year-old wing made 42 appearances in Toronto, averaging 4.3 points, 2.3 rebounds and 0.4 steals in 15.5 minutes per contest. It remains to be seen what type of role he'll be able to carve out in Brooklyn, and he can be considered questionable to debut Thursday against Orlando.

Won't play Thursday
Thomas (personal) will not play Thursday against Orlando, Jake Fischer of BleacherReport.com reports.
Impact
Thomas is not traveling with the team to Orlando. The guard has been frequently mentioned in the rumor mill, and he's certainly a candidate to be moved ahead of the trade deadline. Drake Powell, Terance Mann and Ziaire Williams could see a bump in minutes with this news.

Lackluster production in return
Clowney (back) tallied six points (3-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt), four rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes Tuesday in the Nets' 125-109 loss to the Lakers.
Impact
Clowney stepped back into a starting role Tuesday in his return from a five-game absence due to a lower back sprain, resulting in Terance Mann moving to the bench. The third-year forward struggled to make an impact during his time on the court and fell well short of his season-long average of 28.6 minutes per game, though he sat out the entire fourth quarter and likely would have played more had the Nets been more competitive. Expect Clowney's minutes to pick up in the Nets' next game Thursday in Orlando.

Scores 17 points in return
Williams finished Tuesday's 125-109 loss to the Lakers with 17 points (7-11 FG, 3-6 3Pt), three assists, two rebounds and one steal over 24 minutes.
Impact
Williams was given the green light to return Tuesday from a three-game absence due to a left calf contusion. He recorded all 17 of his points in the second half, when he and the other Nets reserves got an extended run after being down by as many as 39 points during the loss. Williams' scoring output was his most in a game since Dec. 4 against the Jazz (23 points), and he has scored in double digits in eight of his last 10 outings..

Double-doubles off bench
Sharpe posted 19 points (9-12 FG, 1-1 FT), 14 rebounds, five assists and three steals over 26 minutes during the Nets' 125-109 loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
Impact
Sharpe and the rest of the Nets reserves got an extended run during the fourth quarter after trailing by as many as 39 points during Tuesday's loss. The fifth-year pro took advantage of the extended playing time, registering his third double-double of the season while finishing as the Nets' second-leading scorer behind Michael Porter (21 points). Sharpe has scored in double digits in two of his last three outings, and over that span he has averaged 14.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals over 21.9 minutes per game.

Struggles from deep Tuesday
Porter contributed 21 points (7-18 FG, 0-9 3Pt, 7-9 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 32 minutes during the Nets' 125-109 loss to the Lakers on Tuesday.
Impact
It was an off night from beyond the arc for Porter, and it was the second time this season that he failed to hit a three-pointer on at least nine attempts. Part of those struggles could have been him shaking off the rust following a two-game absence due to personal reasons, but he still managed to lead the Nets in scoring while logging his ninth double-double of the season. Porter has averaged 24.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 3.7 threes and 1.0 steals over 32.9 minutes per game over his last 10 outings.
