Impact Hagans signed a two-way contract with the Trail Blazers in late February and has looked impressive since then, increasing his minutes with each passing game and delivering his best performance of the campaign in this overtime win. Indeed, Hagans posted season-best marks in minutes played, points, rebounds, assists and steals, while also ending just two dimes short of a double-double. The nature of his bench role limits his fantasy upside, but Hagans is at least showing he deserves a role in Portland's rotation ahead of the final weeks of the regular season.

Signs two-way contract Hagans signed a two-way contract with the Trail Blazers on Thursday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Impact Hagans has spent most of the year with the G League's Rip City Remix and was named a G League All-Star. However, he signed a 10-day contract with the Trail Blazers in early February and averaged 2.8 points and 1.8 assists in 14.8 minutes per game over four appearances with the club. Hagans will now remain with the organization on a deal that allows him to easily move between the G League and parent club.
