Impact One week after a 12th-place finish at Charlotte during a weekend where he was the fastest driver in practice, Stenhouse had another strong showing as he picked up his first Top-5 finish since the season-opening Daytona 500. On the final caution of the day, the HYAK Motorsports team made the choice to pit for fresh tires, which put Stenhouse 13th on the restart with four to go. He used those tires to power past other cars in the bottom lane and went to have his best finish at a non-drafting oval since 2024. Up next is Michigan, where Stenhouse has just one Top-10 finish in 21 career Cup Series races.

Once teams got some laps in and rubber down, Stenhouse would top the scoring pylon after the session was complete. He would beat out Carson Hocevar to turn the fastest lap of the Charlotte oval. Stenhouse will look to challenge the Top 10 on Sunday night in the Coca-Cola 600.

Impact Stenhouse recorded his first Top-10 finish since Daytona on Saturday, bringing his No. 47 Chevrolet home in sixth place. This HYAK Motorsports team has struggled at non-superspeedway tracks, posting a best finish of 17th with five finishes outside of the Top 25. The NASCAR Cup Series is off to Texas Motor Speedway next, where Stenhouse has finished in the Top 10 in two of the last three races despite not recording a single Top 10 in his first 18 Cup Series starts at the track.

Impact It was kind of a lowkey practice Saturday at the Bristol bull ring as teams shook down their cars ahead of pole qualifying. There weren't a lot of big names at the top of the scoring pylon but Stenhouse would rise up and lead the way. The HYAK Motorsports driver would edge Noah Gragson to lead this lone session at Bristol. Stenhouse has had his struggles at this track in recent visits but he'll look to rebound to the Top 10 on Sunday afternoon in the Food City 500.

Impact Stenhouse would take the low-key approach to this Great American Race. He would lead twice for just 4 laps total, but most of the race he'd play it safe back in the field during fuel saving. A late caution would put him near the front and he'd battle it out among the leaders at the end. As everyone pounced on leader Chase Elliott coming to the finish, Stenhouse would get around the contact between Riley Herbst and Brad Keselowski. That would allow the No. 47 Chevrolet to cross the finish line second for the brilliant runner-up finish.
