Runner-up Finish at Bristol Smith finished second in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Tennessee Army National Guard 250 at Bristol Motor Speedway on Friday night.

Impact Smith came from 16th on the starting grid and patiently picked his way through the field. The Front Row Motorsports veteran would stay out of some of the multi-truck accidents that would mark the evening and keep his truck pointed towards the front. Smith would penetrate the Top 5 late and battle for the win in the closing laps. He couldn't run down race leader, Christopher Bell, but he would cross the stripe with an impressive runner-up finish. It was his third Top 5 of the season.
