Leading off Friday Dickerson (shoulder) is starting in left field and batting leadoff in Friday's spring game against the Astros, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Impact The 31-year-old has been held out the past few days with a sore left shoulder, but he'll rejoin the lineup Friday. Dickerson is poised to begin the season as Miami's starter in left field and should be healthy for Opening Day.

Sitting one or two days Manager Dave Martinez said Soto (calf) will receive one or two days off "just to make sure he's right," Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact The 22-year-old left Thursday's contest with right calf tightness and is out of Friday's lineup, but there doesn't appear to be much concern over the injury. Soto will take a couple days to recover from the injury, but it shouldn't affect his availability for Opening Day.

Impact The 36-year-old was diagnosed with the blood clot last week and is now on the recovery track. Harris remains without a timeline for his return, but he's likely out for Opening Day since he hasn't played in a spring game since March 9.

The right man for the job: Mattingly takes root in Miami

Like most 59-year-olds, Don Mattingly knows his limitations

Could still play Friday Soto (calf) will be evaluated Friday afternoon and could play in the evening Grapefruit League game against the Mets, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Impact The 22-year-old exited Thursday's spring game after his right calf tightened up, but it's been described as a minor injury, and the fact he hasn't already been ruled out supports that assertation. There's no real reason to rush Soto back into the lineup Friday, so it wouldn't be surprising to see the Nationals exercise caution by giving him a day or two to recover.
