Impact Drury's ninth-inning blast was the only run for the Angels, though the game was close throughout before the Rangers' eruption in the top of the ninth. He was the only Angel to record an extra-base hit, and he's now gone 5-for-15 (.333) with two homers over his last four games. For the season, he's slashing .248/.288/.514 with seven long balls, 19 RBI, 15 runs scored, six doubles and a triple through 31 contests.

Reid Detmers - Inefficient in loss Detmers (0-3) allowed three runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out seven over four innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Rangers.
Impact Detmers threw 60 of 94 pitches for strikes, but Rangers batters were able to foul off 23 of those pitches. His two shortest outings of the season have been his last two, where he's allowed a combined 10 runs (seven earned) over 8.1 innings. The good news is that he hasn't allowed a home run in that span. Detmers now has a 5.10 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 38:12 K:BB over 30 innings spanning six starts. He's projected for a road start in Cleveland next weekend.

Bubba Thompson - Registers second steal Thompson went 0-for-1 with a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over the Angels.
Impact The Rangers had a great ninth inning -- Thompson initially entered as a pinch runner for Robbie Grossman, and he still got a turn at the plate, flying out to end a seven-run rally. Playing time is still a bit sparse for Thompson, and it's deserved, as he's slashing a meager .186/.205/.326 through 45 plate appearances. He's 2-for-3 on stolen base attempts, and he's added three RBI, eight runs scored, four doubles and a triple.

Travis Jankowski - Drives in two in three-hit effort Jankowski went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 10-1 win over the Angels.
Impact Jankowski had RBI singles in the fourth and ninth innings. He's starting to heat up a bit again, going 5-for-14 (.357) over his last four contests to begin May. For the season, the outfielder has a .313/.387/.418 slash line, no home runs, nine RBI, 13 runs scored and five stolen bases through 76 plate appearances.
